Fully furnished glamping canvas bell tents, with premier tents on platforms with electric (and Kuerig coffee pots and coffee!). Sleep 2 - 10 comfortably, depending on the size tent. Tents range in size from 10 - 20 feet. Glamping vintage trailers are available too, and are also fully furnished with electric. The fully renovated vintage trailers sleep 2-3 people each. Or bring your own small to mid-size RV, tent, or car/truck/van and pick a cool cleared or primitive site of your choice. We also have 5 electric 30 Amp hookup available. The camp is surrounded by farms and ranches, wineries offering music options (one is dog friendly!). Lake Conroe is 20 minutes to the east. Amenities include a cowboy pool, courtyard seating and camp fire pit, hot showers, bathrooms (currently port-a-potties), fiber wifi, and a potable water/filling station. We are in the customer service business, meaning we make it easy to camp (and celebrate!) with our beautiful 4-season canvas glamp tents and glamp vintage trailers. Just drive up to your tent and get ready to relax. All tents are fully furnished with made beds and critical supplies, and have picnic tables, chairs around the fire rings, firewood, and charcoal grills. Our premier platform tents also have electric, heat, hammocks, Keurig coffee pots, coffee and more! Vintage trailers have everything you need as well inside and out. Reservations are available on both Hipcamp and Airbnb. We even offer to decorate for you in advance for special celebration occasions. Now get ready to relax in nature! These three cabins are hand-built, with families in mind, to share with other families. They are located on Houston County Lake. Stewart Cove is perfect for people who are looking to unplug from the outside world and reconnect with their families and nature. The property is perfect for child-friendly adventures or romantic getaways. Enjoy this peaceful lake view surrounded by beautiful pine trees. The Property: - Secluded lake cabins on Houston County Lake. 2-acre property - Panoramic windows of Houston County Lake from the living room - Deck with an incredible view and surrounded by beautiful pine trees - City water and electric Things to do: - We have a Covered Pavilion with a basketball hoop and pickleball court - 60-foot waterside from the large hill into the lake (Weather permitting) - Swimming in the lake - Fishing in the lake - Bird watching (We have eagles, blue herrings, pelicans, etc.) - Several kayaks with adult and child lifejackets free to use - Cement deck near the lake with cafe lights - BBQ pit, bench swing, and picnic tables - Sandbox for kids - The fire pit is great for smores - You can pull your boat right up to the shore Other Things to note: - The owner's primary residence is two lots over and private. Things to Bring: - Sunblock - Bug spray - Outdoor towels - Coffee Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided for each cabin. You'll need to bring your outdoor towels for swimming. The last 5 miles of the drive are on a "Red Dirt Road" and it can be bumpy or even slippery if it's rained recently. I've never heard of any issues in any vehicles but it's a county road. You will leave with red dirt on your vehicle but that's part of the appeal, the secluded getaway :) Once you start down the driveway you'll see the lake through the trees, making the rough 5-mile ride worth it.

We bought the property in 2014 and did upgrades on weekends, love the views, fishing, campfires, and meeting people so we opened the first cabin in April of 2018, now have 5 cabins and 9 rv sites and welcome you to enjoy the lake as much as we do. Every season of the year is a little different and all are wonderful! We are in nature, and across street from wetlands, yet only 2 miles from city grocery store and restaurants! There are 3 piers, fishing, picnicking, beautiful sunsets, nature watching, small watercraft rentals, guide paid pontoon tours, swimming, bonfires, bbq’s with firewood available on site for purchase if desired. Use for short term rental retreats, or long term.

Bring your own RV/tent (or car camp - no hook-ups) or rent one of the 2 campers on-site that have full-hook ups. Amazing sunsets! Set up anywhere along perimeter - fence line or tree line. Nice and dark, perfect star-gazing spot. 7 miles from the TX Renaissance Festival. Daily, weekly and monthly pricing. No hook ups for bringing your own RV/tent or car camping. Generators allowed. Please drive and park only along the perimeter of the property, not across the middle of the field. That field is being grown for hay. Upon entering the property, go straight or turn right and follow fence and/or tree line to a camping spot of your choice. Again, please do not drive across the middle of the field at all. Thank you! No fires are allowed on the ground. Fires need to be off the ground. Fires need to be monitored. Please bring your own firewood. Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed or on a tie-out, and cannot be left outside unattended. Nearby on the same road is Family Farm for strawberry picking. Also nearby is Bernhardt Winery (free live music, family and pet friendly) and DeepRoots Vineyards (with big concert venue). Lake Conroe is 20 minutes away, and the Texas Renaissance Festival is 7 miles away. Plantersville, TX farm and ranch country.
