The property is pretty cool actually, has a creek running through the entire property, plenty of dead wood for campfires (responsable fires). The property is inside of a gated community sometimes the gate is open with construction crews and sometimes it is closed and will need a code. The community that the property is inside of all of the lots are 20+ Acres each and there are not a ton of people that have actually moved out there yet. Keep in mind this is a developing Ranch Community so the roads are a bit JACKED UP at the moment to be honest, if you have a low slung car or a really nice car this spot may not be for you, SUV's Trucks, hell even Minivans probably will be just fine. There are tons of wild animals on the property from boars, deer, coyote, snakes, rabbits, turtles, big predator birds, and 2 mountain lions/cougars have been spotted on game cameras throughout the community. Weekend Trip to Lagoon Ranch Luxury RV and Cabin

It’s a very nice new place with a great pool and lake views. It’s a very big park and we were there in a Class C on a slow weekend. It had a very nice kids playground and a venue for a live band or performance that was near the pool. We had an afternoon snack at the Restaurant that was good. It’s very much a bar type food restaurant. The water and ice tea had an odd taste like the water softener put too much salt in it. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. There was a pool swim up bar that was staffed from the inside restaurant bar, but it was a light weekend as the park and pool were not very busy. The RV sites were long and plenty wide. I was in a section with only 3 RV’s near by and the pedestal voltage was only 111 volts on the 30a circuit. While sufficient for my stay could be a problem if they were very full in the heat of summer. The Dumpster was in the far corner of the park which is large. They could probably use a bit more lighting through out. I had to use a flash light to get to the dumpster at night. We will definitely be back. Next time in our Class A to test out the 50a service. It might be interesting to see if the pool or restaurant can handle the capacity if the park was full. There are a lot of sites

There were a few minor hiccups due to the age (2 mos.) of the establishment. The amenities were clean and organized. Unfortunately, the arcade was not up and running yet, but I'm sure will be nice as well. The pool and swim up bar were a great way to beat the heat and the on-site restaurant was really good!

Serene, private, 2+ acre site, surrounded by piney woods. Exactly what we were looking for! William is a gracious host, attentive yet only appeared when we called on him. Site has every electrical hookup you can think of. Our dogs were able to go off-leash and they had a ball. If you know how to make your own fun, this is the campsite for you! 5-Stars

Weekend Trip to Sandhill Farms Tent Camping

Kevin’s land was perfect. I needed to get out of the city for a night and decompress somewhere private. Coming from the PNW this gave me a taste of home. Going in the spring it was lush and green, and we had a donkey, a horse, and a herd of cattle roaming where we set up. They were incredible hosts and showed us around the property and took us out to an oil rig down the road where we were able to walk back. If you’re looking for a place to call all your own, I would recommend it.

We LOVED camping with a horse, a donkey and cows…a first for us. The horse was super curious and friendly (nosy). The donkey was curious, too (as well as adorable). The cows kept their distance and the horse and donkey moved on after vetting and checking for snacks. Communication with the host was good, too. He allowed us to stay as long as we wanted. Beautiful property and a lot of fun.

Beautiful and serene. Feels very private. The rundown barn is picturesque snd adds to the landscape. Saw some deer and enjoyed visiting with the donkey and paint. Directions provided were easy to follow and communication from kevin was great. Thanks again! Will definitely be back.

8 nights at Hazel Park

We camped for a week in our Argosy Airstream. The road is paved right up to the campground. It was peaceful, quiet and nestled among the trees. We camped during Christmastime and visited with family and friends during the holidays. There is a train close by but it wasn’t too loud or often. We would camp there again!
