(It is by law that we keep records of the license plate and name of people staying at our establishment.)            Cancellation & Reservation Policies *(any changes to your reservation arrival &/or departure date must be made two weeks prior to arrival to avoid any extra fees.      At the time of reservation, 50% of your total stay will be charged as a deposit.    The remaining balance is due on your arrival date. One-night stays are paid in full.           CANCELLATIONS Reservations must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of your arrival date are non-refundable. Tents: The Retreat at Cannon Beach has a limit of 1 tent per site. Campers with multiple tents will be charged the full amount of another tent site per tent. (We value open space between sleeping units and the privacy of the neighboring guests).  All vans, campers, RVs and trailers must be on an RV site regardless of size unless approved by management. Cabins: The Retreat at Cannon Beach will provide you with a clean cabin when you check-in. A cleaning fee is included in the reservation. If after your departure the cabin requires replacement of broken appliances, missing items or extra cleaning, your credit card on file will be charged accordingly.  Pets are allowed in our cabins with an additional $25 fee per night. RV Sites: All sites are for 1 sleeping unit. No additional trailers or tents are allowed.  Other:You authorize The Retreat at Cannon Beach to charge your credit card for any property damages caused by you during your stay. Chopping trees, tables, log borders or any other activity that may damage property is not allowed. Failure to comply with these terms may result in a $300 fine. We do have overflow parking here in the campground, additional fees may apply, please contact the office for more details. We provide the site measurements; however, you are responsible for making sure any/all rigs fit within the site you have reserved. Located in the Willamette Valley, where route 240 and 47 meet is the small town of Yamhill. just 3 miles out of town there is a 66 acre working farm with forest covered hills, rolling hay fields and a small seasonal creek. We welcome you to come enjoy some peaceful rest on our farm. We have 2 camp sites and a vintage trailer available nestled in the trees across the open hay field where you can watch wildlife. each site has access to the composting toilet, has their own picnic table, fire ring, access to water, and some extras like hay that can be used for under tents, kindling to help start your fire, a fire extinguisher, access to a propane fire ring during fire danger season, and a few yard games. we do have firewood available to purchase as well as farm fresh eggs and ice. the camp sites are seasonal and most will be closed for the wet winter months. they will be open from June thru October, depending on the weather we may need to adjust the access to the sites. you are welcome to walk around the field during your stay, pick some blackberries, apples or plums but please be aware and careful as we do have some poison oak on the property. I encourage you to stay on a path. we have walking trails coming soon! please message me if you would like a tour of the farm we have a horse boarding stable, chickens and goats (for your safety please do not enter any barns or pastures without permission) you can see and hear some of the animals but most are far enough away that they are not disturbing.

GeerCrest Farm was settled by the Geer family in 1848, and is still owned and stewarded by the family. The house Ralph and Mary Geer built in 1851 stands and is one of the oldest in Oregon to remain in the same family. The farm features creeks, forests, pastures, orchards and gardens as well as the historic buildings. Currently we have four friendly sheep and a small flock of Mallard ducks to keep us company. The Pioneer Memorial Orchard features over 50 vairieties of pre 1850 apple trees. The Heritage Grove has ten fruit and nut trees that were recognizeds as a memorial the the early pioneers of the nursery trade by Oregon Heritage Tree program. The 20 acre property, offers three tent camp sites Including the Tree House site, as well as two forest cabins and a small forest bunkhouse (sleeps 6). Our peaceful, small farm offers a reflective immersion in nature and history among the occasional quacking of ducks and baaas of sheep. The scenery from all corners of the farm is incredible - a favorite is the westward view of the valley pasture at sunset -- called "Homer's View" after famous political cartoonist and Geer descendant, Homer Davenport. No matter which camping site you choose, the sounds of the creek, pond frogs, or conversing owls are sure to lull you to sleep. Feel free to roam the farm, but always leave gates as you find them, open or closed. Please say hello to our sheep and barn cats (they may say hello first). Explore the Heritage Grove of historic trees, the Memorial apple orchard and pear glade with varieties circa 1840s, indulge your senses in our medicinal herb garden, and chat with our farm family while they water the veggie gardens, if you so wish! Your experience will certainly be unique to the season. Your host Jim Toler represents the fifth generation of the farm and will happily share stories of the farm and it's history. Bank Rogue River Road i Gold Beach. FYI, Hipcamps map for site locations is not correct. Two go next to the driveway and the other four follow the creek. From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you a few driveways away as that is the property line. Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large red "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway. Welcome... The ranch offers 7 different campsites and a Cabin. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a flush toilet in off season and additional Port-A-Potties during the summer on site as well. Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie and Chris the Hosts. They have tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about their guests! Would recommend!"

Our unique location is close to Bend city limits and right next to Horse Ridge Mountain Biking Trails. BLM land surrounds the area, and is even accessible from the upper part of our property. However in the mean time you can currently book a stay at those sites for tent camping. The tent sites offer a comfortable setting for your tent in the sandy dirt. Each site includes a large picnic table and a fire pit. **We offer firewood bundles for sale for $5 in the community area** We have a small community area, there you will find a small outdoor kitchen with a large blackstone, small bbq and little cooking/eating utensils. (We have no water or electricity on-site) This is also where the trash bins are located. We have a basketball hoop, yoga deck, and pull up /hanging bars. Next to the community area is where you will also find the bathroom, which is a clean porta potty. Come enjoy wandering the juniper forest and sage brush in Central Oregon’s high desert. We are next to 100’s of acres of BLM land, including the Horse Ridge Mountain Biking Trail System. There is hiking, biking, horse trails and ATV trails all nearby. Our open skies are great for daydreaming and stargazing. Come see how bright the milky way is out here Sage Ridge. Sage Ridge is only 15 miles east of Bend right off of Hwy 20.

Welcome to the 2026 Hipcamp Season. I am glad you found me. We are ready for fun season and can't wait to meet you! My camp is one of the most unique Hipcamp properties on the entire Oregon Coast. Come and stay at my licensed Hemp farm! Since 2015 I have been regenerating the soil and improving this once barren property. I plant a large portion of the property in Hemp plants. There is now abundant plant life on-site which attracts diverse wildlife including insects, birds and reptiles. Your stay here helps us to pay the bills to keep making this small patch of earth better. The property is on a sunny bench not far from the ocean and usually above the fog line. Our location gets ample sunshine most days and is surrounded on 3 sides by a small forest. The property is fenced and access is by gate. I offer multiple sites for camping and glamping. All sites can use the portable toilet, shower and sink. We keep them clean, odor free and sanitized. Bring your outdoor gear! Adventures aplenty here on the central coast. Your hosts are avid surfers, cyclists, hikers and can help direct you to the best spots to match your skill level. The property is close to town as well as bike loops, gravel roads and trails. We're also close to the beach. Within a short drive surfers of all levels can find something fun to ride nearly everyday. The 18 hole golf course is just down the street and the town of Waldport is 2 miles away. Yachats is a short 12 min drive to the south where you can find amazing restaurants like The Green Salmon Cafe where they serve fresh roasted coffee along with a large menu of drinks and treats. White sand beaches are located just down the hill from us where you can walk all the way from the mouth of the Alsea river to the mouth of the Yachats river. Forested and easily accessible walking trails are also nearby. South of the property is Cape Perpetua - a natural wonderland with whales, tide pools, blowholes and a 26 mile trail system. Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters. Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village. Please note: We do allow pets in some of our sites for $10 per night. *Please read FULL site description and rules before booking so you know what to expect and what is expected of you!* 'Royal Heart Hill' is at the very end of a Dead-End road, which means no sound or light pollution from passing cars or nearby residences. Surrounded by BLM and Timber properties, while being 6 miles from downtown CG (7 miles from the I5) and 30 miles from downtown Eugene. All guests have access to the outdoor shower, which is connected to the Dome. Please use biodegradable soap in the shower! Potable water spigots are located by the carport and at the top of the steps leading down to our platform site. Each site has its own composting toilet, fire-pit, electrical outlet and hammock. Nearby access to: two lakes for swimming and fishing, waterfalls and cliff-jumping, hiking and biking trails, dining, wineries, breweries, shopping and more. I am happy to offer suggestions and share what I know- please ask! UPDATE: The timber acreage that borders our property- to the west and north of Overholser Road- was harvested winter 2024. The property consists of Oak savanna, mixed conifer woodland, camas meadow, undulating hills and a SMALL pond (home to many rough-skinned newts- no swimming or fishing). At our domestead we practice permaculture, native habitat restoration and regenerative forestry. Poison oak is present on the property! I have done my best to clear it from camping areas and trails. Tecnu is provided in the outdoor shower. There is a mile long loop that goes around the whole property, which we keep mowed and accessible. Hipcampers are encouraged to use the loop to explore the property. To access- walk south/downhill toward the pond signs and follow the mowed path through the meadow and back up toward the road, which will take you back to your campsite. I have included a screenshot of the loop as recorded by my Strava app, which is in the property photos. The property hosts a geodesic play-dome and slack-line (during the dry months) up by the green dome/outdoor shower. Guests may play on these at their own risk- the closest hospital is 7 miles away. *Please note- if you do not respect our camp rules your visit will be flagged, hipcamp will be notified and you will be asked to pay 25% of your booking fee for cleanup costs.*

Laundry service is also available for bookings longer than one week. In summer, roughly July through October, you'll enter your home away from home to find a jar of fresh-cut dahlias on the dining table from our on-site flower garden. This is a 120 acres of trees, meadows, wild flowers, farm land, cows, pigs, chickens, ducks on the convergence of 2 Rivers the Mohawk and the McKinzie. There is an empty barn with a bathroom, refrigerator and hot plate, a barbeque is outside the barn. The walks are beautiful. Just 15 minutes from downtown Eugene.

It was sooo great staying in the RV 😭 It was honestly one of the most peaceful yet comfortable stays. I really wanted to treat myself for my birthday and get away from my big family for a little while, and this was honestly the perfect getaway. 🥹 As a first-timer, I’d definitely choose an RV over a hotel! I truly enjoyed my stay here. It is a quiet and beautiful location and perfect for a solo cabin get away or a group camping trip which is what I did. The hosts are close by and are very helpful and friendly. I fell in love with Ptera (like pteradactyl) their blonde chicken... 10/10 recommend!

Weekend Trip to Kilchis River Retreat

This spot by the river was so beautiful. Just a short walk down to the pebble shore of the river and we had a very private place to sit, listen to the river, skip rocks, and watch the wild life. We appreciated the small cabin onsite where my older mother could stay comfortably while the kids were able to tent camp right outside. We did not use the cowboy tub because of the extra charge, but it looked well kept, clean and cozy.

Weekend Trip to GeerCrest Farm

GeerCrest Farms were a perfect family retreat with so many little aspects that recharged our batteries and we will want to return! The sheep were sweet. We loved petting them. They liked the massage too. The cabin was cozy. We woke up cheerful each morning because of the good sleep we got. The mattresses & sheets were of excellent quality. The treehouse was cool to explore. My children giggled while on the treeswing. A delight! We enjoyed reading Narnia and roasting s'mores by the campfire. The orchard was a great place for a hammock to read while kids played. The ducks were so pleasant. The barn cat was a darling. The views of beucolic farmland transported us to imagine life 170 years ago. It was my first time with a compost toilet and the fresh wood chips worked well. We loved the crickets at night. The hot water at the camper kitchen was a bonus. We liked exploring the food forest. We encourage folks to visit Silver Falls State Park, surely a gem of Oregon state.

Second time back and this place is so peaceful and magical! Better than I remembered! It was so nice to not have to set anything up with booking the cute little vintage trailer. The bed was comfy. I think other people booking might want to know that there is no water hookup to the RV and no dishes inside, but there is a community kitchen area with everything you might need :)

We loved our little cabin!! Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful. We felt welcome and at home instantly. Bathrooms were clean and heated! We appreciated the dishwashing station too. The guest binder in the cabin offered great info on the different trails as well as access info on each of the waterfalls in the area. It made exploring the area easy and fun!

We were there off-season, it seemed, and arrived late and in the dark, so it was a little confusing to get to our accommodation, but we figured it out with a call/text. Perhaps a bit better late arrival info/procedure would have helped. Seeing the property the next morning, however, we were impressed by such a beautiful spot and enjoyed our coffee on the swimming hole dock. Really unique spot, would definitely recommend!
