The loft is equipped with a night relief station, an old-fashioned water basin, a refrigerator, a microwave, beds to sleep four, a table and chairs, a sitting area, rocking horses, a weight area, and room to romp (no shower). More than 20 art projects are available, along with a horse experience (for a fee, no riding), walking trails through the woods, a play structure, picnic area, garden and fruit trees (in season), a fire pit, a barbecue, and plenty of happy pause places to relax. We’re a one-hour drive from Florence and the ocean, a two-hour drive from Hoodoo Ski Area, a twenty-minute drive from Eugene, and within fifteen minutes of several local wineries.Barn Loft is in a barn on a twenty-acre horse facility. There are many art opportunities. Guests have access to a garden and numerous fruit trees. There is a small forest grove. A horse experience (no riding) is available for a fee. There is a play structure and fire pit. There is a composting toilet in the barn and a wash basin and a relief station in the loft. There are electric lights, a refrigerator, and a microwave in the loft. It has a sitting area, a rocking horse area, a kitchen, beds, and an art table.

Loved the property. The horses and garden were awesome. The loft of the barn needs a lot of cleaning but it was still a cool experience. Hostess was very nice and accommodating.

Patty was delightful, very much enjoyed talking and hearing about farm life!! Rocking horse barn is adorable, rustic, homestyle country comfortable!! Loved it & a great deal! Will return when I'm in the area.

Such a sweet spot! A perfect spot to crash with our group after they played a small show in Eugene. So absolutely recommend a stay in the barn, we will certainly be back. Full of horses !
