Farm glamping near Mora

The Alpha Omega Farm was a wonderful time! We loved the peaceful surroundings, and the glamping tent was comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the pizza and visiting with the farm animals.

Could not have had a better stay! A beautiful space with friendly animals. Hosts were very welcoming. Tent was exactly like the photos and the bed was very comfortable. Port a potty was not too far of a walk and warm water was provided for a quick shower. Highly suggest the sauna experience.

Weekend Trip to Stone Creek Farm

This was a great place to camp. Everything was perfect and the hosts were very responsive to questions/needs. It was a great stay and I look forward to going back for a return trip.

Dan’s place is a true treasure. The land is beautiful, the campsites are separated enough to feel like you are out in your own little spot, and he is close to so many fun spots in the Taylor’s Falls area. Dan himself is so welcoming - greeting us when we arrived, introducing us to his sweet chickens, and giving suggestions for things to do. We would highly recommend this location!

Weekend Trip to The little cabin

This was just what we needed for our quick weekend getaway to attend a wedding reception! The Little Cabin is just that: a little cabin. Very cozy, efficient, and cute. The porch is just right for birdwatching, the property feels secluded and private, and we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight. Thank you for providing this space on Hipcamp!

Dan’s property is very nice-close to many fun activities in the area. Rain boots were a must due to recent rain. Tent was dry, very spacious and comfortable. The hike to the site was doable for myself and elementary aged kids but it’s a solid 10-15 minute walk - through mud and puddles (we had proper footwear so we didn’t mind!) We had pretty great weather and luckily the mosquitoes were not too bad but I would imagine that can change depending on the temps/weather. Bring your fav bug spray, rain boots, plenty of flashlights and you’re in good shape. Great to meet you Dan! -Claire

3 nights at The little cabin

Nice, quiet getaway! We slept in tents in our getaway and used the little cabin to keep our gear out of the elements. It was really nice to have the mini fridge and a microwave to help us with our meal prep. Would definitely come back again!

Weekend Trip to The Jubilee Homestead

Wonderful experience for our first time camper kids, age 3 and 6. Great private space with access to the rest of the property. Kids had a blast checking for eggs, feeding the goats and horses, and exploring the trail. Perfect place to camp with kids.

Weekend Trip to The little cabin

Alpha and Omega is a true vibe. You're surrounded by goats, pigs, cows, alpacas and horses in an idyllic setting. Saturday pizza night was a blast! Kimberly was super sweet. The cinnamon rolls and coffee in the morning were excellent. The glamping tent was great. I'm 6' 3" and love being able to stand up and have plenty of space. Queen bed was comfy and had a lot of warm blankets - the wood stove kept us warm on a night that was in the low 40s. Make sure to order your pizzas early as they are busy these evenings.

This little place was exactly what we needed as a place to crash with our dog on a little road trip to pick up a vehicle. It is small and cute and thoughtfully put together. We didn’t have a fire but there was plenty of firewood available. There is an outhouse a short walk away from the cabin. It was somewhat chilly outside and the small electric heater was plenty just go get the place warm for bed time. It’s nice that there’s a fridge and microwave, a small futon couch, and a fold up/down counter with folding chairs that tuck away. There were hooks to hang coats, and a few odds and ends (books, map, binoculars, matches) on the shelves above. Would recommend for a short stay to crash.

Cabin was super cool! Spot was peaceful and private. Would stay again

Kim and her husband were extremely hospitable and accommodating. The property is well maintained and groomed. The tent and sauna were clean. The pizza was fantastic and timely. And the fact they provided fire wood was an extreme value we haven’t seen anywhere else. We look forward and already planning our second trip out to Alpha and Omega.

The whole evening was great! The farm was so cute and the animals that were right outside the tent, and we came for a pizza event the evening before, which really added to the experience with live music & BYOB, but they had delicious pizzas! Kim was the best and made time to talk to us at dinner and accommodate our morning coffee time request. :) would definitely recommend! And the wool blanket, plus others kept us super warm all night.
