Don't worry, you won't be driving in it!
We are offering the opportunity to stay on the back hill of our ten-acre rural property. You can go for walks around the pasture on our mowed trail or just sit and enjoy the beautiful Minnesota views.
The site is on a gravel road and you cannot see our house from where the bus is parked. While you can see the neighbor's house, it is still very dark at night and excellent for stargazing.
The bus will be disabled for guests; it will not start or move. While there are electric fans, AC, and a TV with DVD player, there is no electricity available (bring your own generator if you want).
There is a cassette toilet with instructions.

1 night at Bus on a hill
I enjoyed staying in the bus. It was very cozy! There was a little highest noise, but that went away for the most part after dark. Although I was close to the road, I felt total privacy. I highly recommend this place.

It is secluded and peaceful. Had a nice time walking up the road between the corn fields. He was quick with response time and there was firewood available. The sight was also well taken care of. Great place to get away from everything.

Edwin and his dogs, Sugar and Mulberry, were very welcoming and kind. Lots of goats, geese, chickens and ducks rambling around too! 🐐🪿🐓🦆🌞 The wide open sky and sunset were beautiful across the rolling fields. And there were also Fireflies! ✨ A simple and easy environment to rest and relax.

Weekend Trip to Bus on a hill
We biked from the twin cities out to “ the bus on the hill” and were thrilled with all communication before and during our trip, found the bus per their instructions no problem, we were appreciative of the bottled water available and the bug-less toilet Al, we had plenty of space for gear and comfortable bed to sleep on! The views were beautiful and was fun to have such a landscape view to wake up to! Pretty cozy table to enjoy dinner and a morning board game!

Had a relaxing and peaceful 1 night stay. Next to the barn is an accurate description and a line of trees gives you privacy. Charming property and Spot the dog is such a sweetie!! Sarah is very responsive and a great host.

We enjoyed on stay on Sarah’s land. We were just passing through and needed a place to stay and her spot was perfect for what we needed. She was great at communicating as we had a couple of questions and even came out to show us where the toilet was. We loved seeing all of her animals on her land, especially her little baby kitten JellyBean.

We had a great time camping with our scamp camper ! There is a big flat open spot perfect for a camper nestled in between some trees. We were right next to the ducks and goats and my son absolutely loved them. Edwin’s land is such a groovy spot we will definitely be back !
