Welcome to our hidden gem in the Minnesota woods—perfect for campers looking to unplug and enjoy the simple beauty of the outdoors. Our property offers a peaceful, rustic setting with towering trees, quiet walking trails, and plenty of wildlife. You might spot deer wandering through, hear wild turkeys gobbling in the distance, or catch a glimpse of an eagle soaring overhead. This is a primitive property, so you won’t find modern amenities like bathrooms or running water. But what you will find is space to breathe, unwind, and reconnect with nature. Whether you're here to hike, stargaze, cook over the fire, or just relax, this is your spot to slow down and enjoy the natural world.Our primitive campsite is tucked into a quiet corner of the woods, offering a peaceful and private place to pitch your tent and settle in. You'll be surrounded by forest sounds, fresh air, and the kind of calm you can only find off-grid. The site includes a Picnic table, Rock fire ring (Bring your own certified firewood, gather wood on site, or purchase split and dried wood on site), and access to a few small walking trails. There are no toilets or running water at this site, so please come fully prepared to pack in and pack out. You’ll also be sharing the space with some of Minnesota’s wilder residents—like mosquitoes, wood ticks, and the occasional patch of poison ivy. Bug spray, long pants, and a good sense of adventure are highly recommended!

This site is perfect for a quiet secluded night! The directions to find the site were well laid out and easy to follow. Our dog especially loved the privacy to explore the wooded areas. Definitely recommend packing bug spray and citronella candles! We would definitely book again.

What an incredible campsite! Surrounded by beautiful tree cover, it felt completely private—like our own little escape in nature. It was the perfect place to relax, cook meals, and spend time playing card games together. The sound of birds all around us added such a peaceful touch. This spot is ideal for families, especially if you want space for kids and dogs to roam freely and safely. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded camping experience away from crowded sites and the chaos of other campers, this is the place. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

Had a great stay! Campsite is large, plenty of places to park a camper/small travel trailer or flat spots to setup tents. Woods have great walking trails through them. Secluded, private, and peaceful. Thanks for a great weekend stay!

I really enjoyed the privacy I got with this spot while also being easy to find. Michael was a good host who responded promptly and yet wasnt over bearing. I can say I’ll probably be back soon!

It is secluded and peaceful. Had a nice time walking up the road between the corn fields. He was quick with response time and there was firewood available. The sight was also well taken care of. Great place to get away from everything.

This is a great secluded site protected from wind and miles from anyone. Contrary to another review there are no porta potties, which is fine for me, but should be known. Nice paths through the woods. Excellent fire wood at the site with an honor box. Great directions and easy to find. Michael was super quick to respond to questions etc. 2 small towns 10 minutes away if you want to grab a beer and a burger at the local dive. Highly recommend checking this place out.

We had such a great time! The area was nice and quiet and secluded which was just what we wanted. The space was awesome to tie our dogs out so they still had room to roam a bit and have fun! Highly recommend and will be back!

Overall had a good experience. Secluded and a great spot for a little getaway. Unfortunately when I got there and checked the wood pile there was only about 5-10 logs that had not been covered by any tarp so they were soaking wet. Ended up having to buy quite a bit of my own wood and left a tarp for the next wood left there.

Private and beautiful. Very very little intrusion from outside noises. Typically voracious mosquitos after recent rains. Spot-on agreement with the other positive reviewers! Thankfully no need to worry about my unmannered pets bothering others - yay!

My dog Rocky and I enjoyed a great overnight stay here during our travels. Lots of trees, plenty of shade, a cool breeze, and several walking trails to just enjoy this piece of land. I don’t know if Apple devices do this regularly but Apple Maps took me to a seed place down the road. Switched over to google maps and it led me straight in. Plenty of firewood left by the ring for our stay. Also some extra out at the edges of the campsite as well. As I am in the process of moving to Minnesota, I can absolutely see this as a place I will return to. Amazing place to stay. As for size, when the host says 21 ft limit, if you come with that, you can make it but bring your skills. Mine is ten ft and still felt a little tight. Lol
