I think we camped in the wrong spot, got in late and in the dark. Some signage would help on where to park. If signage is there and we missed it, apologies for this feedback.

Michael's land was very well nice well maintained. This was our first Hip amp experience and it was great. We didn’t want to travel too far off the expressway. This fit our plans all the campgrounds in the area were too far away. We would Definitely go back.

This was a nice, quiet space for a couple of nights. Nice and level surface for tents, firewood easily available, and close to area lakes and attractions.

What a pretty spot with lots of room, a clean porta-potty, fire pit and picnic table. Site 1 is near the potty and shrubs surrounding. Site’s 2 & 3 are in the large field. Trees and being planted for my more privacy. You can see in places and hear the din of Interstate 94 but not a factor for us in the van. Thank you!

This spot was a really nice place to camp for the night near Alexandria. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The site was quiet and had exactly what we needed for our stay.

It rained off and on throughout our trip but it was nice and quiet! The campsites were very nice and clean kept and it was such a nice place for a weekend camping. We went over the 4th of July and could see all the fireworks across town overlooking the fields and it was so beautiful. I would recommend and go back!

Beautiful setting! Lots of space. Great host! Clean port-a-potty. Lightly-used gravel public roadway abuts the property. The highway traffic noise IS constant but not really intrusive if you are expecting to hear it!

I loved camping here this past weekend. It is close to town, but far enough to enjoy the nature around you and the night sky.
I loved that the sites were pull through and large enough have different layout options.
A port-a-potty is available and in decent condition. Water is not available, but is in the plans for the future, along with a possible gazebo, which would be a nice touch!
The yard fogger spray for mosquitoes was very helpful with controlling the swatting.
The neighbors down the road, with the sign for eggs, no longer have eggs for sale. Just a very nice sign and very friendly to chat with.
They even stopped over later that evening for a visit and share some homemade jam & bread!
There is road noise from the interstate, but if you expect it going in, it is not that bad. I definitely would recommend this site to others and will be back myself.

It was a very nice place that suited my purpose to rest for the night and keep traveling. My only comment is that the traffic noise from the interstate took away some of the appeal and seclusion. Michael was great to deal with.

Great spot for the night very close to the Highway. Quiet and peaceful. There are gravel roads to get to the spot but was easy to access. Michael was super communicative

This is a great spot close to many great fishing opportunities! Nice clean bathroom on site and awesome fire ring and large picnic table. Very responsive host who answered all of our questions thoroughly. (This was our first HipCamp experience. )

Michael's land was great - peaceful and quiet. The firewood and picnic tables were appreciated! The sites were even and large; even with another group at a different site, we didn't feel crowded. Would definitely recommend!
