Tiny house located minutes from Natural Bridge State Park, climbing and hiking trails in the Red River Gorge. Sits in The Daniel Boone Campground, which is about 5 acres. Perfect spot for relaxing after a day of adventuring. Cottage offers a full size fold out futon, TV, DVD player, bluetooth radio and games. The kitchen is equipped with mini-fridge, induction cook top, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The outside area has a fire ring, small charcoal grill, and picnic table. Just steps away is the Daniel Boone Coffee Shop which offers free Wi-Fi. The campground sits next to the Middle Fork of the Red River. Relaxing spot to throw in a line and fish.

Welcome to Hidden Lake Farm!

We are a family-owned farm and hope you enjoy our little slice of heaven as much as we do. Whether you're a new, inquiring camper or a familiar face, we appreciate your support and wish to make your stay with us as memorable as possible.

We offer primitive camp sites (most can accommodate various sizes of RV's), a primitive cabin, and hike-in sites surrounded by woods, a lake, ponds, and unforgettable views.  Each site is unique and offers different experiences.  Activities include hiking, swimming, boating, and fishing.  

We also offer day passes for those wanting to enjoy the property without staying overnight and larger groups have the option to rent out the entire campground for a more intimate experience.  Feel free to reach out for more information regarding these options or for any additional questions regarding our facilities.

The Honey Hut

This is a small honey bee farm . Cabin is between ten acres of windflowers and our 5 acre pond. You may see deer, otters, turkey, or even a bald eagle we saw once. Pets are welcome but you must select the optional per pet / per day fee under extras . This money goes to the cleaning lady .

Daniel Boone once owned the land, and his last standing Cabin in Kentucky is nearby on US 68. His son was killed nearby at the Battle of Bluelicks now the site of Bluelicks Battlefield Resort state park. Just 30 minutes from Maysville, Flemingsburg, Paris, Cynthiana, and Mt. Sterling. 45 minutes to Lexington. Enjoy the view over the hollers and cow pasture, with hawks overhead and deer and turkey in the field. Just minutes from Bluelicks Battlefield Resort State park and (2) Clay Wildlife Management areas for hiking, fishing, canoe and kayaking. Last Daniel Boon Cabin in KY minutes away. Beach, boating, fishing and golf available at Lake Carnico. Listen to the birds and bugs on a dead end road with little traffic and few lights at night to stargaze or enjoy a fire. Working outhouse available.

Kinner Kampground

We fell in love with the views and roaring of an occasional train on our farm. We wanted to share our slice of heaven with others. With this campground, we can offer camping in our themed campers or primitive camping with your tent. Come stay with us or even host your family reunions/Birthday party/weddings with us.  We promise you won't be disappointed and you will come back year after year!

Farm and Forest

This land has previously been a tobacco farm, a hay farm, and is now home to a few beef cattle. We acquired the property in 2017, and have been making it our own and enjoying it ever since. We have blazed trails through the woods for hiking, created campsites with fire rings, farmed hay, and grown various vegetables for self-consumption. We love the proximity of the farm to town, yet the seclusion we feel when we are out there.
