Peaceful and private camping spot with a 50 foot Pavilion to park a camper or pitch a few tents under to enjoy the beauty of the nature surrounding you. 25 minutes from the historic downtown of Berea and the Pinnacle Trails. 30 minutes from Flat Lick Falls Recreational Area & Sheltowee Trace National Recreation Trail. Down the road from Rock Lick that gives you access to four wheeling trails. Very pet friendly. Come enjoy the beauty that our small town has to offer, surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forrest.Pitch a tent, bring a camper, or just come enjoy staying in a hammock out under the stars. Our pavilion offers a bathroom with toilet and sink (no shower yet) There are games, fire pit, a swing, hammocks to strap to a tree, chairs, and a grill for you and family to enjoy. Relax, unwind and recharge. If you feel up to it you may find the fairy homes around the property, they aren't to far 😉

Savvy's Retreat

Great experience

They thought of everything! It was nice to hear the rain but still be able to walk to the bathroom without getting wet. They were thoughtful hosts and the place was private and lovely.

Savvy's Retreat

I loved this spot! Spacious, secluded and lots of amenities. Extremely clean bathroom with a nice deep sink. I was going to stay for two nights but unfortunately had to leave the second day because I was called into work but Cristhian was very understanding and gave me a refund. I wish I could have stayed longer! This would be a bird watchers paradise. I heard so many kinds and a hummingbird even flew right up to my van! The hammocks were lovely and shaded. Definitely will not hesitate to book again if I’m in the area

Savvy's Retreat

Savvy’s Retreat is a beautiful, private camping site. Cristhian thinks of everything. The bathroom was clean, and the fire ring had a lovely bench and swing to sit on. Cristhian also provides hammocks, games, and a clothesline to hook the dogs to. Excellent place to relax!

Beautiful and family-friendly site

This was a wonderful camp site. My mother who is in a wheelchair was able to relatively easily use her electric wheelchair on the gravel pad With limited assistance. She is somewhat ambulatory, so was able to use the restroom with some assistance. This would be an amazing site for a family get together as you could easily fit multiple vehicles and set up tents as well if needed everything was absolutely wonderful and The host, Cristhian, was very communicative prior to our arrival. If we are in the area again, we would definitely return. Also, there are so many amenities at this location that there’s no way for me to list them all. For example, there’s a dog run set up between the trees, multiple hammocks, plenty of games, firewood, and modern conveniences that would not normally be found at the campsite… At least not in my experience.

Savvy's Retreat

Beautiful and welcoming site!

This is a wonderful site! I am handicapped and my mechanical wheelchair was able to negotiate the gravel areas relatively well. My daughter and I truly enjoyed our time here. The large beautiful wooded site is ideal for a quiet get-away or family fun and games. Everything you need for a relaxing time is provided. The covered rv parking, and bathroom (sink and flush toilet) are just the beginning…picnic table, swing, fire pit, grill, hammocks, outdoor games and tabletop/card/etc games all make the adventure complete. They even have a dog run and they supply firewood. I can envision a family retreat with all generations at this site! LOVE IT!!

Savvy's Retreat

Perfect camping getaway.

The area was clean, nice and quiet. There was plenty of room under the shelter for our car and our tent, and the bathroom was a perfect touch. My husband, myself and our two dogs enjoyed our stay immensely and were sad we could only stay one night.
