60+ acres of woods, trails and 2 small ponds for catch and release. Car accessible sites or hike in. You pick a spot and set up wherever you like. There is a porta potty on the property and we have camping toilets if you need one. Just let us know ahead. No water or electricity is available on the property. There will be signs of some suggested camping spots we have used in the past also. Atv’s, dirt bikes welcome! Please take out what you bring in! Feel free to contact me for directions. GPS may not take you directly to Tiny Jones road, but it’s the 1st right after Knowlton church. There will be a sign on the road that says Tilting Rock Trail to the left. Follow the drive about a mile into the property and pick a spot where you like!

Several sites available at your discretion. There are 63 acres available with 2 ponds for fishing and plenty of wood for campfires throughout the property. Pick your spot and make yourself at home! Our property borders the Daniel Boone forest and is 10 minutes to Kentucky state rock, 20 minutes to The Natural Bridge and Red River gorge and 35 minutes to Hollerwood Atv Park. There are plenty of other Atv trails close by also. Tick repellent is suggested and please be aware the property is surrounded by cliffs and some of the trails end at drop offs. Camping toilets may be provided also. Let us know ahead if you need one.

Lower camping spot is in the back of the property and you may need a four wheel drive to access if raining. There is a catch and release pond and lots of flat spots to choose from. Picnic table and fire pit included and please let us know if you need a camping toilet we have a few to lend if needed. It’s very secluded and wooded and a view of the not so famous Tilting Rock!! Several spots to choose from that are relatively flat.

Camp anywhere you like in this area! Pick a spot and make it yours. Very secluded in some places and trail for hiking or off road vehicles are all near by and the property has many to explore also. Spot has a fire pit but no picnic table. Camping toilet is available if needed just let us know in advanced. There are several spots in this area to tent camp.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed how secluded this campsite felt. It had more of a true tent-camping atmosphere than a typical RV campground, which was exactly what we were looking for. The site included a picnic table and fire pit, and there was plenty of firewood nearby, making it easy to enjoy evenings around the fire. Rhonda was also an excellent host- she was responsive, communicated well, and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. A few things to keep in mind before booking: the bugs can be pretty active at night, so come prepared with bug spray. The road into the campsite is long, winding, and somewhat off-road, which we actually enjoyed because it added to the remote feel. However, lower clearance vehicles may have some difficulty, and a 4x4 could be beneficial depending on conditions. The campsite itself is a narrow back-in site; we managed with our 16 foot travel trailer, but larger rigs may find it challenging. Overall, this is a great spot for campers looking for privacy, a rustic experience, and a host who genuinely cares about her guests.

What an amazing place, this is the primitive camping we've been looking for; we had total privacy. Tim and Charlie led us to different sites until we reached the perfect one, up at tilting rock. They were so nice and helpful! We can't wait to plan another trip down to furnace mountain. Btw, anyone scared of ticks this 2026 season, tick spray works just fine there, we didn't get a single one on us 😊

We camped at a recently cleared spot on top of the hill that had a large gravel pad. While the property itself could use some attention to detail and some clean up we had wonderful privacy and plenty of sunshine for our chilly weekend. The road leading in is rutted and holds some water in places so you will definitely need 4WD to get in. The road could use some attention as well due to the recent heavy machinery activity. I won't mention what the clearing and heavy machinery was for but the improvement was worth it. I'll let the camp host fill everyone in on the new feature! I would recommend looking around the property before deciding on a spot and setting up. We found places that we would have liked better because of the woods and shade they offered. The main spot was very open and sunny. I would definitely recommend this HipCamp and I hope the host has a chance to clean it up some. It's certainly a work in progress. We'll camp here again when we get the chance!

What a phenomenal experience! The property was breathtaking. It was like a combination of a city park mixed with a national forest. Nice open spaces with trees spread out here and there, perfect places for setting up camp. Then surrounding the cut down areas are vast swaths of forest with huge trees. I saw an abundant amount of wild life for my short stay. Squirrels, possums, moles, chipmunks, deer, woodpecker and a variety of birds. There was a beautiful cabin with stairs to the top where you got a great view. There were trails that lead to many interesting areas. To top it off there was a nice little pond with small fish in it. I highly recommend this campsite!

I picked this spot to camp because of the proximity to Mount Sterling Court days. Perfect spot for tent or teardrop dispersed camping. Tim and Rhonda were very helpful. Met several neighbors and acquaintances during Saturday's campfire and they're just all good people. I'm inclined to think that I'm going to make this an annual sojourn. It was more like visiting friends than a campground.

Host was super communicative, and the property was secluded, and GORGEOUS. I would, without a doubt, book again. Close enough to Natural Bridge that it’s not a terrible drive, but far enough away to be able to enjoy a peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle of the city life and tourists. I absolutely loved the location.

This was a nice camping spot that felt very secluded. There were a few spots, we ended up near the cabin and it was a good campsite with a fire pit and picnic table. To get to the campsites you drive back through the woods on a gravel road. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful place!!! So quiet and relaxing. Todd helped us pick out the perfect spot. The stars were absolutely incredible! Very close to Natural Bridge and the gorge. We will definitely be back!

There are many established spots too camp, great tree coverage, and the owners are very nice folks. They took us all around to see the property and helped us find the best place to setup. We loved the spot by the pond, the bullfrogs were a great addition to our camp! Thanks! We'll be back

This property was absolutely beautiful! The host was super nice when we had a quick question. Plenty of hiking & exploring to be done. Views were outstanding. This one little spot they call Tilting Rock was the best sunset. Wish we could've stayed longer. We will be back!

My husband and I loved the tent camping site! We enjoyed a wonderful fire and used the picnic table! Everything was labeled properly and self explanatory! We had a blast and we can’t wait to come back again!
