Our campsites are flat and nestled on a QUIET gentle hillside just a few steps from the seasonal lake shore complete with gorgeous mountain views. In Spring, Summer, and Fall, you are welcome to use our boat launch and tie up to our dock! A canoe and 2 kayaks are available for time on the water. Boat Rentals and jet ski rentals are available at local marinas. If you are bringing your own boat, there is plenty of room to park your trailer on our property, and you can tie up in the cove in front of your campsite and private firepit area. The campground is an easy distance to Downtown Knoxville and an even easier access to all that South Knox's Urban Wilderness has to offer. It uniquely offers a hint of backcountry camping without the 25-mile hike in. It is a great way to test the waters for primitive camping or an easy stop close to the city for a seasoned traveler. It is best suited for car camping, RVs, tent, and hammock camping.
There are fire pits and picnic tables at each site with enough room for tents and RVs. Most sites have trees suitable for hammock camping all along the creek.
There is potable water, firewood for sale, solar showers, and a bike wash stand all next to the covered communal area.
Each standard site can accommodate 2 people to keep space between groups and lessen the impact on the land. Sites 10 and 13 can each accommodate 6 guests. If you have more in your group, we recommend reserving an adjoining campsite.
Sites 1, 2 and 3 are off the main path to the left of the property, and still by the creek. Sites 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are all along the creek and gravel drive Site 10 is very private with creek access on three sides. Site 11 is private with creek access all along the front. Site 12 is up high on a hill, and Site 13 is open in the middle of the meadow.

Access road is blacktop to the barrier gate and then 2 minute drive on a 1 lane gravel road to the campsite (see pictures). There is a 50 foot circular area to turn around so if you are too big to turn around in 50 foot area--you are too big for this site.
There is wildlife in the area so be sure food and trash are inside your RV or vehicle. Do not leave food or trash out as that will attract wildlife. Trash should be deposited in the garbage cans in the metal cage by the barrier gate. SO OBVIOUSLY - AS ALWAYS/EVERYWHERE -- DO NOT FEED WILDLIFE; AS THAT CAN ENDANGER YOU AND FUTURE CAMPERS. These are wild animals even if they are within the city limits of Pigeon Forge.

Welcome to Green Creek! We are just minutes from I-40, Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg on the shores of majestic Douglas Lake! Pull in and RELAX on our beautiful park-like property. Our campsites are flat and nestled on a QUIET gentle hillside just a few steps from the seasonal lake shore complete with gorgeous mountain views. In Spring, Summer, and Fall, you are welcome to use our boat launch and tie up to our dock! A canoe and 2 kayaks are available for time on the water. Boat Rentals and jet ski rentals are available at local marinas. If you are bringing your own boat, there is plenty of room to park your trailer on our property, and you can tie up in the cove in front of your campsite and private firepit area. Whether you are looking for a quiet place to park overnight, or want to set up for a week of fun in the Smokies- we are perfect for fishermen, couples and families. Gas and Grocery Shopping are close by, and great restaurants are only minutes away in historic downtown Sevierville. Our home is located nearby on the property, but privacy is always respected! We are gladly sharing our 25 acres of land with two campsites and one vintage camper for others to enjoy. There are two remote camping areas with plenty of space between them for privacy. They both have access to a cleared field with plenty of space to relax and unwind. This is a beautiful place for stargazing away from the city lights. Wildlife sightings may include deer, turkey and a wide variety of birds. We welcome families; kids 15 yrs and under are free.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are very quick to respond and send a lot of information before arrival. It was quiet and the tent sites were clean and a good distance from each other so that you don't feel like you are camping on top of one another. There are two bathrooms so when the site was full at times there might be a small wait to use the restroom. Bathrooms were very clean and I appreciate that they have a wash sink outside so that you can wash your dishes. There is no cell service but they do have WiFi at the site. Roads to the site can be tight and have a few blind spots so go slow and take your time. I cannot wait to camp with them again.

This was one of the nicest campgrounds i have ever stayed at! Not only was the view from the hill gorgeous, but the atmosphere was peaceful. Sites are well spread out, bathrooms are clean, and the hosts were extremely kind and friendly. It rained a lot during my trip but they had a barn available for us to still make food and play games since we only had a car and a tent. I highly recommend staying here!

Great spot tucked away in the middle of it all. The site is perfect for anyone wanting seclusion with the option to be in town within minutes. You can faintly hear the roars of Dollywood coasters. It rained every day we were there and the terrain didn't hold water. Big plus. We will return.

Loved our stay with Andrew. The site is easy to get to (some winding roads but not bad), the setting is beautiful overlooking the river, and Andrew is a great host. We were there during a late Sept heat wave, so having full hookups meant we could run the AC for our little dog during the day, and the night time breezes were wonderful with the windows open. The sites are out in the open and close to each other, but we didn't mind at all. We would definitely recommend Andrew's sites!

This is literally a field at a quiet little horse farm, and it's exactly what I wanted. Its perfect if you like tent or truck camping. Its safe and secluded, no frills, close to town, and cheap. The bathroom and shower are built into the side of a shed and is mostly outdoors, but is still private and the water is hot. The shower stall could use a bit of cleaning but is serviceable. I will defiantly definitely return.

The tents are terrific, weathered and entire night’s worth of thunderstorms and almost an inch of rain beautifully. Cots were comfortable. Facilities are clean and the stable itself is gorgeous. My dogs enjoyed the stay too!
