Lakeside Getaway is a seasonal peninsula on Douglas Lake of primitive camping sites in historic Dandridge, Tn just 30 min from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Come enjoy your boat, jet ski, or kayaks from our 75 foot boat dock and new concrete boat ramp for launching. Our pavilion is a nice commons area with a charcoal stove and can be reserved for private parties. We rent out Kayaks to parties or individuals. Excellent location and host
We took two RV spots, host was so much help and always checking if anything needed. Beautiful location and very well maintained.

1 Day Pavilion Party 9am-9pm
This was a beautiful spot. Had the whole cove to ourselves. Accommodations were great and we all had a wonderful day. So beautiful and peaceful. We will certainly be back again.

The property was clean and well cared for. We especially enjoyed that the site is right on the lake, so easy to access. The caretakers were helpful and kind.

Great spot to camp with friends!
A great spot for camping right by the water of Douglas Lake! Bathrooms were clean and had a shower and being able to rent tubes and kayaks at the site was a huge plus! The views were amazing!
