Within a 60-minute drive from the Gatlinburg Welcome Center.
Our location is phenomenal we are an hour from Knoxville and Asheville and just about 1/4 mile off I-40. Right at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and 35 minutes from Gatlinburg about 40 minutes to Pigeon Forge (Dollywood), also about 45 minutes to Sevierville and one of my favorite Tanger Outlets!! The beautiful Smoky Mountains the National Park is filled with hiking trails and horse stables and trails. Some of the best white water rafting is less then 5 miles up the road along with zip lining and a lil taste of moonshine here and there. This property is primitive with no electric and has a camping style bathhouse. IT’s recommended for outdoor lovers and people that are not to needy. Site 7, 1 and 9 are the only direct riverfront.

Site 6 - The River Life
Extremely pleased
I’m very happy with the service, the hosts were extremely accommodating and amazingly nice. I would recommend anybody to go camping here. The campsites were nice and even had a fireplace the spot that we went to even had a stream that we could swim in.

Site 5 - The River Life
4th of July camping trip!
Site five is great close to the river and the bathhouse! The area is mostly shaded and very spacious. Kelly was very helpful with any questions! Highly recommend this place.

Site 6 - The River Life
Place was beautiful and clean. There is a river right next our campsite and an area where the current was calm and able to swim. Would recommend and comeback.

We loved our stay on Kelly's Land! Kelly was very quick to respond and help us with anything we may have needed! The property was beautiful, quiet and tranquil. I highly recommend this site and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Site 7
Great primitive site on the river. Our dogs had a blast, husband enjoyed fishing and I spent plenty of time floating on the river!
