We do not allow the camper to stay multiple continuous days without leaving as you must leave during the day time, but are welcome to return at night. ---shower is only available if our office is open when you arrive----- ---We sometimes have Buses leaving or returning to our facility late at night, so just know you might hear a large bus pulling in late at night. ---PLEASE DO NOT block our Iron Gate with the H on it, or stick out into the entrance of the facility. It was a great place to sleep for the night. Definitely felt safe. I travel with my dog who is alert at every noise. I was aware of the tour busses on the weekends…apparently my dog was not. They were great! If you are a person who travels alone this is an awesome place to stay for a wonderful price. If we are coming through again I will absolutely pick this spot.

This is a warm and welcoming hostel in a motel setting. Great communal spaces. Happy, friendly staff and guests. What's not to love? For Van Campers, there are a few small spaces that can be a tight fit to squeeze into if you're over 20' long.

This was a great place and I’m definitely coming back! We were just passing through so we did t get to take advantage of all the cool stuff they offer. They did have a dinner which was very good and we met some new people.

Campsite 5 is on the left side of the driveway approximately 100 yards from the entry. Campsite 5 is between campsites 3 and 6. It is across from the petting zoo where you will see donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. We have one rooster in the petting zoo so you won't need to bring your alarm clock. Lol

This site was lovely. We need a location close to Denver to be able to run back and forth with kids sports and this location proved great for this. The kids loved being able to interact with the goats, donkey's and horses. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The location was in close proximity to Palmer Lake, which we loved. All-in-all a good time.

We absolutely loved it here! We cannot wait to go back next year. Easy back-in RV spot. Dan met us when we arrived and even helped us set up our pop-up. Our kids loved Dan and all the cool things he had around his property to show them. The wildlife was plentiful!

Campsite #2 is located approximately 120 yards from Fox Farm Road. The site is outlined with tree trunks and has a sign. You can pull in or back into the site.
