A beautiful area and it's not loud. It is a HIKE to get to the site so if you like to Glamp or car camp it's do-able but its a few trips back and forth to the car for supplies.

We enjoyed this site very much. The view of pikes peak is stunning and there is a lot of trees for shade. The host has a metal fire pit set up which is nice for camp fires. There is a bit of a walk from the parking spot to the site so prepare for that.

Awesome spot! Quiet and secluded, and lots of animals. Quick drive to the nearby town/gas station if you need to. Perfect for a chill weekend and Hunter was a great host.

I can not express how amazing our stay was at Hunters location was. Drove all the way from Kansas and will do it again. The view was stunning. The campsite was very safe, private and clean. Hunter was amazing the whole time very responsive and very accommodating. Loved our stay.

Hunter is a great host and the campsite is wonderful! It is spacious with beautiful views of the Aspen trees and Pikes Peak mountains. It is easily accessible from a main road, but feels secluded enough to be on your own. We saw cows, horses, deer and a variety of birds. My only regret is not staying longer :)

I am so thankfully to have found Hunter’s campsite! It was a lovely spot that felt peaceful and private, perfect for the quiet getaway from Denver we were looking for. As some other reviews mentioned, it is not far from the road but we were never bothered by road noise. Hunter had put thought into the experience, marking the path to the campsite with logs, providing a picnic table and also a small fire ring. He was also very communicative and helpful ahead of and during our stay!

Host was kind and quick to respond when we weren't sure we were in the right spot. (We were not but they turned us around to find it.) The campsite is perfect for several tents (once you find the level ground) and we felt solitude that wasn't likely down the street on BLM land. The view is most excellent and we are certain to return!
*Be aware that it's a walk-in spot! We will pack lighter next time.

Land is exactly as described.... beautiful view. If your dog is off leash, be aware that deer walk through the area around dusk. Thanks for a great time!

This is a gorgeous spot! The aspens, wildflowers, and stars are fantastic. Hunter was welcoming and good with communication.
It’s a space where you can choose your own tent site a short walk from parking. It would be hard to bring a wagon or anything with wheels, but it’s not very far. It was hard to find a truly level site, and the camping area is quite near a quiet rural road. We heard a few vehicles during the night, but for the most part peace and quiet reigned. We really enjoyed hearing and seeing plenty of birds!

We really enjoyed camping on Hunter’s property. We setup camp next to aspens and had a really peaceful experience. Hunter was a great host and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying here with our two dogs during Fourth of July weekend to get away from the noise. We had a nice view of Pikes Peak and cows from where we setup camp. We heard a few cars passing on the road but it did not interfere with our experience- private and a good amount of trees around. We did have to park a few hundred feet from the campsite so going back and forth to unload/load the car was hard but that’s because we brought heavy/bulky items. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend! Hunter was a great host who was accommodating and was available if needed.

This was an incredible site. The view of Pikes Peak was amazing. Hunter was a great host and provided me with the best spot to get on the property. It was very private and saw a lot of mule deer. If you are looking for solitude this is a great spot.

Great camp site, was able to setup a camper trailer and access to all the great trails and outdoor activities surrounding. The host, Hunter was amazing, very accommodating, and responsive to our requests prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Hunter was a great host and a great property! Even though it rained, still had a relaxing time with my tent facing the mountains. This is a rustic site and a short walk to camp, but was a great place to stay! Thank you Hunter!
