Incredible view, super quiet and secluded!
Less than 10 minutes to downtown Cripple Creek and 20 to Victor. We enjoyed our stay.
I would recommend a high clearance vehicle and 4WD if pulling anything. Its an awesome drive up.

Pisgah Mt lookout
This campsite has amazing views of the surrounding mountain ranges. It is only 10 minutes away from downtown Cripple Creek, so is convenient to visit and see their historic sites and other activities. If you walk across the field, the view the town at night is beautiful. The site is remote and peaceful and my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Camping was great, we were at the Teller County Fair so it was conveniently located. I would stay here again if we had something in Cripple Creek.

We loved tent camping at this site! The overlook was absolutely stunning; we got there around sunset and are so glad we did! The sky scape was beautiful and bonus: the town of cripple creek is only about a 10 minute drive down the mountain side, which we found charming to visit and walk around in the morning. Our host was very responsive and gave clear instructions to the campsite. We did have a late night bear encounter, we heard it walking around our tent. We were prepared for this possibility, so make sure you pack all food and scents up securely before bed. The host’s very sweet and friendly dog was able to scare the bear away from the property and stayed outside the rest of the night as a “protector” which was an added benefit and set our minds at ease for a restful sleep. The host responded to messages I sent at 2:30am and even sent me a picture of the trail cam they have so we have a picture of the bear we heard which has been cool to tell/show our family. Overall this was one of my favorite Hipcamp stays! It felt safe, even with the bear, was beautiful, and clear communication. We would highly recommend this host and hope to visit again soon!

Breathtaking views at both sunset and sunrise! My husband and I spent one peaceful night camping on Abraham's land, and we had the entire site to ourselves. It was a serene and unforgettable experience in nature.

The view was great! Everything the host described was accurate. The least stretch of the drive was definitely steep but 4 wheel drive made it no issue.
Our equipment fit in the space with plenty of extra room to maneuver around. We enjoyed this with a Toyota Tundra and 17ft Keystone Hideout.

Great directions and access instructions.
The campsite is located for a beautiful view and was ideal for our needs. Secluded but convenient to dog park and trails and the town of Cripple Creek itself.
