The site was clear and flat, right next to a Gentle steam with plenty of opportunity for the kids to play. Unfortunately the creek didn't have a lot of flow and had a lot of algae in it so fine for splashing about in it but not for swimming in. The site also came with rubbish bins, a fire pit with wood and a portaloo which just makes things easier!

An amazing spot with incredible hosts. We really enjoyed our long weekend stay. Clean toilets, camp spots well separated, landscape, animals, all surreal. Don't even get me started about the stars. Thanks J&J for hosting us.

We had a wonderful stay at Redlands Camping and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful country escape. The property is spacious, well maintained, and offers plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the serenity.
The campsites feel private, with beautiful open paddocks, rolling farmland, and plenty of opportunities to wander and take in the scenery. We loved seeing the sheep and baby lambs, and the sunsets and stargazing were absolutely incredible, the night skies here are something special.
For future campers, be prepared for warm days and cool nights, so pack layers for the campfire evenings. It’s a great spot if you enjoy a slower pace, nature, photography, walking around the property, and simply switching off from busy life. We found it very family friendly, peaceful, and safe for kids to explore.
What we especially loved was how quiet and relaxing it was, yet there was still plenty to do just enjoying the farm environment. If you appreciate open space, campfires, wildlife, and a genuine rural camping experience, this place delivers.
What made our stay even more memorable was the warmth and hospitality of Jen and John. They are fantastic hosts, welcoming, genuine, and clearly passionate about sharing their beautiful property with others.

Site 14 at Redlands was perfect for the first camping experience for grand kids.
Site was well mown and level enough for them to ride their pushbikes around. Wood we ordered was excellent, portaloos clean and easily accessible, rubbish and recycle bins at site where also a plus.
We definitely will be back and highly recommend Redlands for anyone looking for a hassle free trip away.

There was a mix up with our booking so we ended up at the Big Dam site but it was peaceful, isolated (as we wanted) and had lovely views. Communication from Jenny was great and all instructions were easy to follow. An added bonus is having bins on site and toilet nearby. It was also great to have the wood we purchased waiting for us at the site. Being dog friendly and able to walk around the property just topped off a great stay. There any many sites to choose from depending on how isolated you want to be. We highly recommend Redlands Camping and look forward to going back again.

What a beautiful location! And the hospitality beyond measure! Jen and John are so kind and welcoming and provide such a lovely, private, safe experience. We spent 6 nights in our hired motorhome outside the shear shed and had such a great time. The mountains, trees and animals are all a sight to see. An absolute must stay!!

Camped for 3 nights over Easter at Redlands Camping, and we had a fantastic time. Our spot at Upper Sooley was so peaceful, and a comfortable short walk to the amenities. The amenities were clean and well kept, and the camp sites are very generously spaced out so your neighbours noises really aren't a bother. Great place to go for a wander and an explore, or just sit around your camp fire to enjoy the stars and scenery. Will definitely be back!

Camping at John and Jen's property was amazing. My wife, our 18 month old and I had a great time, with beautiful scenery and a very well kept campsite. John and Jen were super nice and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back

Gave us all the info we needed.
Was happy to answer any questions.
Once we were greeted we didn't see her again with is a good thing as we weren't interrupted and nothing went wrong.
Overall a great weekend and would visit again, but hopefully after some rain.

I recently stayed at Jen’s campsite, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The grounds are beautifully maintained with plenty of flat, level areas perfect for tent camping—making setup super easy and comfortable.
One thing that really stood out was how clean the toilets were. It’s clear that Jen puts a lot of care into keeping the facilities tidy and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, with great amenities and a host who genuinely cares about her space, I highly recommend Jen’s campsite. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A perfect holiday escape at Redland

We spent the Christmas/New Year period camping at Redlands and had a wonderful time. Our spot at Site 5 on Sooley Flat was perfect — spacious, peaceful, and overlooking the creek, which made the whole stay feel extra relaxing.
Jen and John are fantastic hosts. They checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed, but then gave us plenty of space to enjoy our stay. It’s the ideal balance of friendliness and privacy.
A beautiful location, great facilities, and genuinely lovely hosts made this a memorable getaway. We’d happily return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this campsite.
It’s a quiet and beautiful spot right next to the creek, perfect for relaxing.
The flush toilets were a big plus, and everything was well looked after.
The hosts, John & Jen, were lovely and very welcoming.
Highly recommended for a peaceful camping experience.

Lovely hosts, gave us access to the hill paddock which has panoramic views! Clean and tidy campsites, toilets are clean, very peaceful. We enjoyed our time at Redlands on wilsons flat. We are happy to come back again :)

I can't recommend this site enough! we stayed at site 11 and it was perfect. Absolutely no one in sight and a huge area to set everything up. There were also bins and a porta-loo nearby which was great. Being near the creek was perfect for the dogs who liked a quick dip now and again to cool off. There were also some great little walks to explore and we saw all sorts of wildlife including kangaroos which made our trip! Another plus was the amazing skies on an evening..sooo many stars to sit and look at! And the best bit, absolute silence the whole time. We'll definitely be back!!

We loved it here. If you are not into Caravan Parks like us , and want to feel like you have a location to yourself, this is the place for you.
Hospitable hosts who take the time to have a chat, porta loos on site as well. Just peace and quiet with lovely scenery to match. We’ll be returning. Thanks for having us at your property 👌🏼

We loved our stay here and will be back again soon. A fun drive around the property when the weather turned grey and while the sun was out lots to explore in the creek and grass. Dog, kids and parents all slept well

We spent the weekend at Wilson’s Flat campsite and it was perfect! Directions to the property were very easy to follow.
We definitely came at the right time, plenty of water in the creek to dip your toes in or make a splash in the deep parts, green grass for as far as you could see. Campsite nestled along the creek surrounded by rolling hills, the views were absolutely stunning.
What stood out was how well maintained everything was. The toilet was well looked after and stocked with everything you needed, bins were provided, great campfire, a map to the property if you wanted to explore or hike.
Generous spacing between campsites you were in your own little oasis!
From the very beginning everything was easy, well thought out and cannot fault anything. Thankyou Jen and John for a wonderful stay, we will be back again!!

Our site was at philaris pdk site 4 but we did our camping near our shearing shed. It’s quite far from Sydney around 280 km but it was worth it. Peaceful place. Clean toilets, water available. If you are going from Sydney book for 2 days. John and Jennifer are good.

We loved our stay at Redlands. Jen and John are super friendly and helpful. We had a great location on the property and we were able to explore all the paddocks. It was generally quiet and peaceful.
Our kids enjoyed riding around and the sheep shearing demonstration.
I would highly recommend staying at Redlands. There are many different sites to suit everyone, remote or closer to the homestead depending what you like.
