This was such a lovely stopover for the night, hosts let us in early and came over to meet us. We had our own fire pit, there are super clean flush toilets and fresh water. Will definitely stop here again.

Stayed only one night. Beautiful Spot next to the River. Karen‘s neighbour looked after us. Would definitely recommend to stay here. (The hipcamp sign was a Bit Hard to find in the dark, so keep your eyes Open if you arrive Late! But Karen‘s neighbour was also helpful here;))
Great place to stop, sip and unwind. Right on the banks of the river with wide open camp sites and on site fire pits on every site. The hosts were open, friendly and willing to help out if needed. Toilets are clean and fully plumbed…. No long drops or funky smells. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling on the pacific highway to take the time and stop off here for a night or a few.
We absolutely loved our stay at Wide Water Hipcamp! The hosts and caretaker were so friendly and welcoming, and the location was really easy to get to. The campsite was peaceful and relaxing, with lovely clean toilets and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was such a relaxing spot and exactly what we were looking for. We’d definitely stay again!
Such a beautiful relaxing setting, huge fan of the clearly numbered large sites, had a lovely couple of days of R&R to charge our batteries for the next leg of our journey, would highly recommend

Amazing place to stay. Perfectly situated just off the freeway and right on the river. Felt so welcomed. Large clean sites with a fire pit, so didn’t have to use my own. And feeding the cows was a highlight for the kids. Toilets were clean and well kept. Will be recommending others to stay.

Beautiful serene river setting amongst the trees. It was a full moon night and absolutely magical. Clean and easy access to toilets. Try and get there before dark as it’s a bit tricky to find if you arrive at night.

Beautiful views across the river - we just stopped for the night but would happily have stayed longer. Good flat sites, clean amenities, and convenient for the Pacific motorway without much noise.

Great little spot on the river, not far off the highway. Enjoyed an overnight stop with a campfire and some fishing. Kids even got to feed the cows before we left!

Wideriverwater was perfect for our short stay beside the Clarence River. The sites are clean and neat. Others there were staying longer. We’ll stay longer next time.
This campsite was great the lawn was mowed the toilets were clean and just a nice place to spend the night after a 100 hour work week
Clean and well presented site. Toilets available. Enjoyed our stay, views over the water and wildlife. Greeting from very friendly cow’s upon arrival. Will definitely be back

Great place to stay, can fish right infront of campsite. Grassy sites, firewood $12, very nice sunsets. Limited phone reception and great toilets. Easy booking online and find your own space on arrival, Will happily stay again.

Spacious campsites right on the rivers edge. Really clean flushing toilets available. Pontoon for water access, which we used to get the stand up paddle board in. Fire pits provided and firewood available. Beautiful sunsets too!

We camped with a 21ft caravan and sites where generous with vehicle. These one water tap for use or fill water tanks on site and nice modern clean toilets. All camp site are on the river bank with stunning views with fire pit supplied and firewood to purchase. The campground is safe and for leaving for day trips with modern CTV cameras watching over camp. I will definitely be back for more safe happy camping.

This is property is easily accessible and a lovely environment by the river (even though the highway traffic noise is noticeable) it was a pleasure to stay. It has well maintained sites and very clean toilets as an extra provision. Fire pits are also thoughtfully provided.

Driving through, needed a short overnight stop. Nice spot on the river, fits approx 12 caravans/campers. 2 x flushing toilets were clean and each site has access to a fire pit.

Beautiful, spacious and affordable sites right on the river. Very clean, flushing toilets.
Hosts were welcoming and friendly.
10 minutes to Maclean, 10 minutes to Sanctus Brewery and 20 minutes to Brooms Head or Yamba. Will definitely be booking again.
Minor improvement would be updating the ad on HipCamp to say fire pits included.
