We have 100 acres of paradise with many sites to choose from, either along our 300m of Burnett river frontage or along the winding Duingal creek tucked into seclusion.
For the bigger vans we have sites up on top of the property
overlooking the Burnett with just a short walk down to the water.
There are NO Ammenities available so own toilet is a MUST!
Bring your fishing rods, kayaks and walking shoes.
There's some great fishing here including barramundi, perch, yellow belly mullet, gar - and plenty of catfish to keep the kids entertained!

communication, and we are also only 18km from Gin Gin and
around 50km from Bundaberg.

A huge 350 acres to explore where you will find waterways, billabongs, hills, dams, mango trees and more.
Walk through the seasonal creek, easily accessed at the Mango Grove, and see a lot of Quartz and other rocks.
While exploring you could find Kangaroos, Echidnas, Goannas and many bird and plant species.
Did we mention Gin Gin is only about 15 minutes away? So there's no need to worry if you need more Ice or Food! And if your interested in a day getting wet, Paradise Dam is only 40 minutes away.

Beautiful camping area situated next to the Elliott River. 10 minutes drive to Coonarr Beach, Coonarr Wildflowers and Kinkuna National Park. Amazing Stargazing!
Just a kilometer up the road from our site, you'll find a charming Dog Motel.
Please keep in mind that the noise from the dog motel isn't a nightly occurrence, making it difficult to predict specific nights when it may be more active. However I've noticed that campers in caravans generally have a more insulated experience and are less affected by any early morning barking.
If you prefer a quieter spot, I make it a priority to assign campers the farthest firepit, Camp 4, nestled deep in the bush, providing you with a peaceful retreat away from any noise.
Additionally I'm delighted to offer electricity to all camps, ensuring your comfort and convenience during your stay. Whether you choose a campsite closer to the amenities or opt for the tranquility of Camp 4, rest assured that you'll have access to electricity.
While the dog motel may occasionally add a touch of canine charm to the soundscape, I'm confident that the overall experience at my Hipcamp will be an enjoyable one.

We have a beautiful hobby farm on 2 and a half acres. Camping is at the front of the property where you will find vegie gardens and fruit trees. There is also a fire pit (plenty of firewood available), a trampoline and a games shed with toilet, shower and kitchenette facilities. Yes we live on the property and the campsite is in the front yard, however we do not infringe on your space at your campsite or the amenities area - these are yours and yours only whilst camping here. Bundaberg has attractions such as the Bundy Rum Distillery, Ginger Beer Factory, a free zoo, Mon Repos Turtle Centre, lower Great Barrier Reef cruises to Lady Musgrave Island for snorkelling, great beaches some with 4WD access. Gin Gin is on the main highway to head north or south. Easy access from here to National Parks for walks and 4WDing.
Being a hobby farm we have livestock in a paddock in the backyard. If you would like to join us for feeding in the afternoons please ask on arrival. Feeding happens between 4 and 6pm depending on time of year. We also have chickens that free range around the campsite at the front of the property who will happily take any of your scraps.

The dam is very deep and could have snags washed down in floods, so we suggest children wear life jackets, and MUST be supervised by adults at all times around the water.

We have 100 acres of paradise with many sites to choose from, either along our 300m of Burnett river frontage or along the winding Duingal creek tucked into seclusion.
For the bigger vans we have sites up on top of the property
overlooking the Burnett with just a short walk down to the water.

There's some great fishing here including barramundi, perch, yellow belly mullet, gar - and plenty of catfish to keep the kids entertained!

A huge 350 acres to explore where you will find waterways, billabongs, hills, dams, mango trees and more.
Walk through the seasonal creek, easily accessed at the Mango Grove, and see a lot of Quartz and other rocks.
While exploring you could find Kangaroos, Echidnas, Goannas and many bird and plant species.

Please keep in mind that the noise from the dog motel isn't a nightly occurrence, making it difficult to predict specific nights when it may be more active. However I've noticed that campers in caravans generally have a more insulated experience and are less affected by any early morning barking.
If you prefer a quieter spot, I make it a priority to assign campers the farthest firepit, Camp 4, nestled deep in the bush, providing you with a peaceful retreat away from any noise.
Additionally I'm delighted to offer electricity to all camps, ensuring your comfort and convenience during your stay. Whether you choose a campsite closer to the amenities or opt for the tranquility of Camp 4, rest assured that you'll have access to electricity.

We have a beautiful hobby farm on 2 and a half acres. Camping is at the front of the property where you will find vegie gardens and fruit trees. There is also a fire pit (plenty of firewood available), a trampoline and a games shed with toilet, shower and kitchenette facilities. Yes we live on the property and the campsite is in the front yard, however we do not infringe on your space at your campsite or the amenities area - these are yours and yours only whilst camping here. Haven't been camping in years. This place was easy to find and everybody was respectful. We would have been a funny sight to watch trying to set everything up as we're pretty much beginners, so took a lot of goes to get it right but we managed 🤣 firewood was easy access and plenty of it. We loved being greeted by the cows, they were pretty amusing and curious animals 😂 anyway, we will definitely be back to perfect our camping techniques/skills! Thankyou!

What a beautiful peaceful spot. We were camped by the creek rather than the river in a gorgeous spot that was really quiet and private. It was a wet weekend, but we just enjoyed the serenity. Lots of life to watch in the creek with fish, turtles and I spotted one of the platypus. Even with all the rain, access was no problem. Lachlan was delightful when leading us to our site, and Jennifer was really friendly when she dropped by for a chat. We’ll definitely be going back in the future.

Sasja’s place was fantastic! We had a nice private camp spot with a good amount of shade and all the basic amenities you could need including a camp kitchen - access to fridge, power outlets and BBQ. Mouse the dog was our immediate best friend. My daughter loved patting the horses and tagging along for feeding time. Sasha and her husband were great to chat to and were great with all the inquisitive questions coming their way from a curious preschooler! We felt very welcome.
