Peaceful Riverside Camping
Nice and peaceful overnight stay. Friendly host, offered kayaks. Pontoon had a couple of boats moored but could still launch a kayak.

Relaxing Riverside Camping Weekend
Great couple of days at Peaceful Riverside Camped over long weekend. Great place to camp right on river. Laying in the hammock enjoying the awesome river view and very welcomed breeze. Great family time. Plenty of swimming and kayaking, Camp fire cooking. Owner very friendly, leaving you to enjoy the place. Will be back.

Peaceful Riverside Camping
Too many flies, motorbikes from adjacent property going all day, people camped next to us were up till 2am in the morning partying so we couldn't get any sleep, needs to be more monitored. We did have a good spot right besides the water.

Exactly what it said on the box!
Perfect for self contained camping. Had a great spot right on the rivers edge. Swimming in the warm water when the tide was in and plenty of wildlife to see including crabs, tons of birds, bats and a lone dolphin! Heaps of space between sites so was private enough. Definitely bring the bug spray (and Zyrtec if you’re sensitive to midgies/sandflies) but nothing a few drinks won’t make you forget about. Close to Howard and the Bruce which made it an easy base to explore the area. Highly recommended.

Great location, but not as peaceful
Host was super friendly and the location was great, right on the river. Sandflies were not as bad as we thought they might be. Unfortunately, it wasn't as peaceful as people across the river were having fun with their motorbikes, you could hear earthmoving equipment somewhere close by and the only pontoon was occupied by kids having a great time.
