We have a beautiful 600 acre cattle property with plenty of room to spread out where other campers are nowhere in sight.  Here you will find that the serenity meets the bush. We have beautiful flat grassy sites situated on Gootchie Creek, and around our very large spring fed billabongs that never dry up. Come and enjoy the green flat grassy sites along the creek, you may even see the resident platypus. Enjoy some wildlife watching and escape from the city. Bring your hammock and gaze at cloud shapes. Camp fires permitted and bring along your pet too. We are located 45kms north of Gympie. In town you will find all the shops, fuel and supplies for your camping trip. A dump point has now been installed on our property for your convenience.Gootchie Creek Escape .... where serenity and the bush meet. We are a 600 acre property located 45kms north of Gympie.  We have beautiful flat grassy sites situated on the Gootchie Creek and around our very large spring fed Billabongs that never dry up.  Come and enjoy some wildlife watching and escape from the city. Campfires permitted and bring along your pet too.  A Dump point has now been installed for your convenience.

Gootchie Creek Escape
We had a great 4 nights at Gootchie Creek. The choice of sites and spacious area was well maintained and fun to adventure around. The amenities were a little hit and miss with cleanliness over the weekend but overall everything was great. We would definitely come back.

Perfect Getaway
Cootchie Creek was a beautiful spot! We needed to get away for the night and the property did not disappoint. The facilities were clean and water was hot. In the morning we had some beautiful cows that said good morning. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

Gootchie Creek Escape
Heaps of space to spread out. Grabbed a great spot on the dam. Kids had fun exploring, riding their bikes, on the tree swing, kayaking and looking for the cows. Beautiful host and well looked after property.
