River access wasn't what we thought
We really enjoyed staying at Michaels property.
We were disappointed in the access to the river and also sharing the toilet that we hired. We weren't aware that the camp next to us were to be using it as well.
The host was a terrific fella.
We would like to go back one day.

Great spot!
Michael was more than accommodating. Camp grounds nice and clear, he supplied water for top ups if needed, and if needed anything else he was happy to help. Would definitely recommend the camp ground to anyone and would definitely like to go back and stay there again.

Hubby and I stayed for 4 days. We had a beautiful spot looking over the river. Crabbing was awesome and we had a great meal. It was so peaceful. Plenty of space. Somewhere we would visit again. The hosts were friendly and nothing was to much trouble.

Camping on the rivers edge
Spent 3 nights 4 days over Easter on Michael’s property. Can say what an absolutely amazing place this is. Michael was very responsive giving updates on the wet grounds with all the rain that led up to the long weekend. It’s a large well maintained property. Had my RTT right by the river in my own little paradise. Had a very clean portaloo dropped off to me with firewood when I had run out and requested some. Michael even came by and topped up my water Jerry can. Had 2 amazing neighbours who were friendly as well. Spent 3 days with a nice fire pit by the waters edge where the fish were biting all weekend. Lots of catfish, a few bream and the water drops off an edge to get the muddys biting. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks Michael for being a great host.

Rainy Easter
Michael was a great host, very helpful and accomodating. We stayed over Easter in a group of 6 all up. We ended up staying beside the damn which was extremely nice, Michael has put sand down the embankment which made for a nice entrance point.
The whole week before we had arrived was filled with rain, campgrounds were slightly muddy, however the road in was still fine to come in on.
Would definitely come back and stay here again, just make sure to bring mozzie spray.
