Bring your fishing rods, kayaks and walking shoes. There's some great fishing here including barramundi, perch, yellow belly mullet, gar - and plenty of catfish to keep the kids entertained! Don’t have a kayak, no worries. We also have kayaks available for hire. We also have the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets here, with beautiful birdlife including hawks and water eagles. Great for bird watching and photography! All campsites have access to the water unless we are advised per booking. Less than 5km down the road you will find Wallaville where there is a great local Wallaville pub, and a corner store that offers great pizza. Telstra is available for communication, and we are also only 18km from Gin Gin and around 50km from Bundaberg. Campfires permitted in the designated areas only, bring your own fire pit when possible as we have a limited number of fire pits available. when fire restrictions/bans are not in place. Plenty of fallen timber around the place to collect for firewood. Gin Gin is on the main highway to head north or south. Easy access from here to National Parks for walks and 4WDing. Being a hobby farm we have livestock in a paddock in the backyard. I. run a cattle grazing farm in Duingal, right on the Burnett River, 18km out of Gin Gin and 60km from Bundaberg. We have 100 acres of paradise with many sites to choose from, either along our 300m of Burnett river frontage or along the winding Duingal creek tucked into seclusion. For the bigger vans we have sites up on top of the property overlooking the Burnett with just a short walk down to the water. There are NO Ammenities available so own toilet is a MUST! Bring your fishing rods, kayaks and walking shoes. There's some great fishing here including barramundi, perch, yellow belly mullet, gar - and plenty of catfish to keep the kids entertained! Don’t have a kayak, no worries. We also have kayaks available for hire. We also have the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets here, with beautiful birdlife including hawks and water eagles. Great for bird watching and photography! All campsites have access to the water unless we are advised per booking. Less than 5km down the road you will find Wallaville where there is a great local Wallaville pub, and a corner store that offers great pizza. Telstra is available for communication, and we are also only 18km from Gin Gin and around 50km from Bundaberg. Campfires permitted in the designated areas only, bring your own fire pit when possible as we have a limited number of fire pits available. when fire restrictions/bans are not in place. Plenty of fallen timber around the place to collect for firewood. I suggest U bring wood for the ist night, In case it has rained & saves the hassle first up allowing U to chill out sooner 🥂 Well behaved pets welcome, but they must be kept under control and you must pick up after them. Rosgrow Farm, 15 minutes off the Bruce Highway, offers secluded campsites set on a large tidal creek. There are plenty of trees and shelter. The creek offers fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, boating and swimming. Well suited for overnight travelers passing between Maryborough and Bundaberg, or others needing a few days rest, fishing or water activities. Sandflies are a problem in this region anywhere near water, in the mornings until about 9am and in the evenings after about 3:30pm, so bring plenty of repellent and apply early and often. Sites are 30-40 metres apart with a maximum of 8 vehicles and their occupants in the whole property. No overcrowding! Looking for a special breakfast or brunch? Try Goody’s on the Beach, a 3-minute drive away at Toogoom for great waterside dining or Arkarra Gardens, 10 minutes away for a tropical rainforest dining experience. Pricing: Basic booking is for a vehicle with caravan, or an RV, and 2 people. Wrinkles camp is only one site, so no neighbours, with over 10 acres to access other areas for walking or bird watching. We have horses and cattle and it is a quiet and peaceful spot to kick back and relax. Peaceful van site or can pitch a tent, with toilet, shower, lights and electricity, all under a fully paved shed with seats. Enjoy a great fire pit in front of shed, with hand made log seats. Well behaved dogs allowed on a leash, as we have dogs and other animals on property The single campsite (yes just the one site) overlooks a large dam with jetty. Horses and cattle roam around out the back. Feed the wild birds such as duck, parrots, kookaburras, and more. Just 5 minutes from Smiths Crossing for fresh water fishing, canoeing or swimming or go to Moore Park for a swim, surf or take the bike and use their great cycling paths. Other beaches close by are Miara, Norval Park and further away are Winfield, Baffle creek and the iconic Agnes Waters and 1770. All great spots to fish or crab. The Avondale Pub is 1km away with great meals and drinks, and the Bucca Pub is 10 minutes away with weekend entertainment. Jo's road house is just up the road and has all the essentials food wise with great pizzas, and fuel. Next to Jo's is an RACQ centre and mechanics. All this at your fingertips or just kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet in amongst the large gum trees and native lemon scented gums. Please note: no late arrivals after 6pm please.

This was a great location for a peaceful break. A wonderful outlook across paddocks and a dam. A catch up with the cattle who were very friendly and keen for a feed. So quiet, with power and water as well as flushing toilet and strong shower. We cooked over the fire within the firepit and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We had the absolute pleasure of camping at Sasja’s Hipcamp, and honestly, it was pure magic - exactly what my husband and I have been looking for. A campsite entirely to ourselves, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life, it truly felt like our own little slice of paradise for just the two of us. The “shack” (kitchenette) was fantastic and thoughtfully set up undercover; with fridge & BBQ, table and chairs. The amenities block was spotless; a super-clean toilet and hot/cold shower, which always makes a big difference when camping especially in summer. We spent two blissful days and nights, completely surrounded by nature in all its glory - gentle domesticated cows and horses, curious hens, and the most hilarious guinea fowl family who had us in fits of laughter playing hide and seek. Add to that a beautiful rescue cat and the sweetest, most gentle cattle dog (“Mouse”) who made a point of visiting us each morning and night for a snuggle. What an absolute heart-melter. 🐶❤️ The complimentary firewood was such a generous and welcome touch. While we had access to their BBQ, cooking outdoors under the stars with the fire pit crackling was the icing on the cake. 🔥✨ Will we be back? YES! YES!! YES!!! Highly recommend this beautiful spot to anyone craving peace, nature, laughter, and a truly special off-grid escape.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. All of the sites are spread out so you aren’t close to random people. The showers have awesome hot water. There is plenty for the kids to do and Chrissy & Duane do so well to get the kids involved in the animal feeding. Great location only 10 minutes from Childers but you still feel like you are in the bush. 10/10!

Well looked after site with a lot of space and clean ammenities. Matt took us all on a night time nature walk, spotlighting some of the local residents. We were only stopping in for one night but would love to return again for longer.
