Wrinkles camp is only one site, so no neighbours, with over 10 acres to access other areas for walking or bird watching. We have horses and cattle and it is a quiet and peaceful spot to kick back and relax. Peaceful van site or can pitch a tent, with toilet, shower, lights and electricity, all under a fully paved shed with seats. Enjoy a great fire pit in front of shed, with hand made log seats. Well behaved dogs allowed on a leash, as we have dogs and other animals on property The single campsite (yes just the one site) overlooks a large dam with jetty. Horses and cattle roam around out the back. Feed the wild birds such as duck, parrots, kookaburras, and more. Just 5 minutes from Smiths Crossing for fresh water fishing, canoeing or swimming or go to Moore Park for a swim, surf or take the bike and use their great cycling paths. Other beaches close by are Miara, Norval Park and further away are Winfield, Baffle creek and the iconic Agnes Waters and 1770. All great spots to fish or crab. The Avondale Pub is 1km away with great meals and drinks, and the Bucca Pub is 10 minutes away with weekend entertainment. Jo's road house is just up the road and has all the essentials food wise with great pizzas, and fuel. Next to Jo's is an RACQ centre and mechanics. All this at your fingertips or just kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet in amongst the large gum trees and native lemon scented gums. Please note: no late arrivals after 6pm please. You'll have this Hipcamp all to yourself.

Campfires allowed
Firepit. Fit pit is provided and must not be shifted. There is an abundance of firewood around the camp area so you can get your own.
Toilet available
Flush toilet. We use tank water, so we ask campers to conserve water where ever possible. As the toilet is a compost one, any chemicals will kill the worms, so definitely no dumping of toilet cassette down the toilet.
Pets allowed
On leash. Due to there being horses at the property, kangaroos and other marsupials, and dogs at our house we ask that dogs be kept on a leash

Hot water . Tanks water is used for the shower so we ask that campers conserve what water we have, as it is limited. No washing of cars or vans, or filling water tanks on vans without prior permission. We rely solely on rain. Thanks for your understanding

We loved our stay at Wrinkles Bush Camp. It had everything we needed - and more - privacy, ensuite and shelter, making it very easy, not having to be fully self sufficient. The property was just beautiful, so peaceful, and loved the camp fire and hot shower at the end of each day. Thank you Annette for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Great for privacy. We had bad weather and the shelter was very welcome. Good view from the camp area. Really hot water in the shower . Functional facilities, very quiet and welcoming and communicative hosts. Felt welcome. I recommend this site.

Peaceful Bush Camp-Wrinkles
We had a fantastic stay at Annette’s farm! The property is super peaceful and relaxing, yet still close enough to Bundaberg for anything you might need. The hut and toilet right next to the campsite made things really convenient—especially since we were travelling with kids. It made the whole experience much more comfortable. The horses were a lovely bonus and a highlight for the kids, and we really enjoyed going for a morning walk around the property. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet and family-friendly camping experience. We’d happily stay again!

Peaceful Bush Camp-Wrinkles
This was one of the best hip camps we've been to. Very quiet space, and super friendly host. Since there is only one site you will be just steps away the toilet, shower and the campfire. There are horses there too, and they were super friendly too. My fear of horses vanished when they greeted us, while entering their field. We will be coming back next time we're going to Bundy.

Peaceful Bush Camp-Wrinkles
We recently stayed here for a few nights while catching up with friends from another town and had a great time. The campsite is set at the back of the property and felt private, with a friendly and relaxed check-in. The facilities were excellent—fire pit, flushing toilet, hot shower, and a sheltered area with electricity, plus tables and spare chairs which made things really convenient. It was also great that we could bring our dogs along, and the country pub up the road was a nice bonus. Overall, a relaxing spot for a catch-up with friends. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Annette was so warm and welcoming as well as her little yorkie Ozzie. Couldn't recommend this stay enough. It was peaceful and much needed. We enjoyed the amenities and the fire pit the night we stayed. Wosh we could've stayed longer and the one night! Annette even does Bowen Therapy so I would definitely enquire as my mum is also a bowen therapist and I would highly recommend giving it a go after a long drive for some relaxation! Thank you so much for our stay 😍

Absolutely loved our stay. Peaceful and we had the whole place to ourselves which was the highlight. Also great for star gazing. Bonus being it's close to the pub and river for a fish, also great crabbing.

This was a great location for a peaceful break. A wonderful outlook across paddocks and a dam. A catch up with the cattle who were very friendly and keen for a feed. So quiet, with power and water as well as flushing toilet and strong shower. We cooked over the fire within the firepit and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Thank you. A great location, the undercover outdoor area was amazing with the bad weather, would have loved to explore more and to use the fire pit (but limited due to the bad weather)

This hipcamp is set up really well with an ensuite and an undercover area with seating and a firepit etc... It is also very private being a single site on a big property and our host was very helpful.

A serene, peaceful camp nestled amongst open eucalyptus forest, abundant with birds. The awning cover makes camping life a little bit easier than many sites. If you’re travelling solo this will be a rejuvenating evening in nature.

Nice being a single site, undercover area and ensuite is great as can leave stuff in the area. We were in a tent and that worked well. Nice fire area, easy to find wood. Pub not far if needed. Went off looking at Bundaberg and small places in the area. Easy to find, and shown what was there. Friendly dog came to visit. No internet service, which wasnt bad.

Wrinkles Bush Stay is a 10/10 must visit. It is the perfect blend of privacy with all the creature comforts you could need. Pull up your van and set up nothing because you have it all. A hot shower, toilet, fantastic patio with built in furniture including a bar overlooking the fire pit (which has flood lights) you have your own self contained area with a quant bush craft fence. You have a bit of bush walking to do which is great and there are giant gumtrees everywhere and firewood galore! I also found some great sticks to craft a couple walking poles and some smaller pieces that could make great spoons. I really enjoyed walking the property, I saw wallabies, a duck, a stallion and a mare, three bulls and three cows. I saw eagles and honey eaters I also saw black cockatoos flying in large flocks overhead in the afternoons which was a highlight. Really one of my favourite spots. I recommend staying here after camping off grid for a while to recharge. Couldn’t say one thing wrong about the place. Extended as long as I could. Thanks for having me.

This was our second time camping here for a week and it did not disappoint. It's so nice to have the whole space to yourself along with the covered area with power, toilet, hot shower and a great firepit from which we had many delightful meals. For those who enjoy wildlife spotting, I've seen over 55 species of birds on the property, wallabies, kangaroos, goanna, snakes and microbats, the horses and cattle are very friendly and enjoy a pat. Firewood is plentiful if you have a decent large toothed handsaw or chainsaw as it's very hard wood. Owners are also very friendly and communicative. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for one night after a long drive. It was a lovely, peaceful place to relax and unwind, watching the sunset before heading down to the local tavern (1.1km) for a good dinner. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again when in the area

Upon arrival greeting by the host, escorted down to the site and given a demo of how everything works on the site. Sites stunning, beautiful pond area, toilets and shower both spotless, power on site too. Really well maintained area. Would highly recommended if in the area
