We loved camping at Chrissy and Duaneâs farm stay. The open sites were great with lots of space and accessible clean toilets. The highlight of our stay was definitely the farm animals. They were all friendly and loved a pat. We will definitely be back.

Just finished unpacking after a fantastic few days hanging with Chrissy & Duaneâs Highland Coos! Camped as part of a group - plenty of space & felt very private. As hosts Chrissy & Duane are fabulous & worked to make sure my girls had the best time and have a range of activities to keep them busy. Will be back!

10/10 for this place, the amazing hosts and the beautiful animals. So much care put into making this an enjoyable destination. The ability to interact with the animals was precious. Seeing them freely wander past your campsite topped it all off.

Beautiful spot, super peaceful. Plenty of firewood to buy and canât recommend the cabin enough if you donât wanna bust out the camping gear

My daughter, son and I loved our stay in Caneâs Cabin. Very comfortable beds and well equipped. My older son, wife and children were camped on the Ferdinand site. It was a great family trip. The animals on the property were amazing and very entertaining.
Chrissy and Duane went out of their way to give my 3yo grandson a farm experience.
Loved all of the rustic touches.
We are very grateful to Chrissy and Duane for opening up their paradise.

Great hosts and a lovely quiet location. Be aware there is only the single shower so you may have to be flexible in peak times. Plenty of room on the sites and flexibility to position your camp as suits.
And of course the Coos đź. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our whole experience at Gumtree Dam Highlands. Chrissy and Duane were so friendly and accomodating, we felt right at home.
There was so much to do during our stay, the kids had the best time with all the animals and riding around on the bikes that were there.
The property is clean and tidy and well maintained and waking up to highland cows right out the front of the cabin was an amazing experience.
We got to brush and hand feed the highlands!

Awesome camp! Kids loved all the animals - would highly recommend.
Hosts are really lovely and you can tell they just genuinely love the animals.
Itâs well maintained, facilities are great and all the camping spots are great.

We had a wonderful few days at the farm, Cane's cabin is cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday đ The kids had the best time feeding and petting all animals and finding all the items on the scavenger hunt that Chrissy gave them.

Chrissy and Duane are the most accommodating hosts youâll find. You can tell they love all their animals and keep the property immaculate. I particularly enjoyed how the sites are named after all their animals. The quirky shower is great for showering with young kids giving plenty of clean dry space for dressing and showering. We stayed 4 nights at Yellowstone and loved how close it was to Childers and Woodgate beach. Will definitely back with friends in the future!

My friends and I spent a glorious few days surrounded by quiet, rural scenery and gorgeous animals. The cattle were the highlight, but the entire menagerie kept us entertained. The antics of the cattle, sheep and goats were particularly amusing. There was also a lot of land to explore if we needed to stretch our legs. Duane and Chrissy were wonderful hosts. I hope to return again this year.

What a great place to camp and relax. Walking and exploring the property. My highlight was being able to help feed and groom the cows. My grand daughter loved the cows and Guinea pigs. Chrissy and Duane are fantastic hosts, very friendly and helpful. Iâm planning on going there again. 5 stars from me.

My dreams finally came true and I got to visit these little beauties, my favourite little grass puppies, even hubby is hooked & now see's how cute/cool they are.
Seriously brushing cows is very therapeutic & so is just sitting watching each of there cheeky personalities.
We will be back camping for sure very soon.
My heart is full for now.

Family absolutely loved the Highland Cows and all the other animals.
Having firepits at the sites was great and Duane brought some fire wood down for us as we didn't bring any.
Wife has said we will return, and our travelling partners have said they wanna go back also.
