Barbless hooks are required (you can file them off, let us know we can help). Adults are fly rod only, Kids are fly or spinning rod. No is license required for the pond. The Brook requires an CT state fishing license and trout stamp to fish. Never fly fished... don't worry we can help. Check out addons below.

There is a cement block fire pit with grill available for outdoor cooking and enjoyment. Please be responsible and use proper fire extinguishing techniques, utilizing the provided water hose. I know this is listed as an RV spot but it’s also a great tent spot & car camping area as well. Been here a few times and will be back again. Private, safe and scenic, what else could you ask for. Theres also a clean porta potty on site and an epic, natural stone firepit.

We had such a wonderful stay at this campsite! The host was incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond! She was amazing! It made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. We brought our two kids and our German Shepherd!
The campsite was peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully set up. It was also great because it was super close to stores and restaurants as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily come back again. Highly highly recommend for families and dog owners! 🏕️🐾✨

KSJoy’s property was as described and a nice spot to hang out for a couple of days before the busy holiday season kicks in. Full electric hookup. No water this time of year (was just shut off last week). Nice area. Drove around. Followed the host’s recommendations for local food. Great advice! Had our four dogs with us. The property is close to a fairly busy road so having good recall (or we brought a fencing system) is essential. The road noise Fri-Sun in mid Nov. was not an issue. The host was very communicative and answered all questions but was hands off which we liked. Highly recommend.

Did Memorial Day weekend 2014, 3 days mid-September 2015. Awesome place. Very difficult to get a reservation peak season, you have about a minute at 9am Sunday 9 months in advance. You have the beach steps away and across Old Montauk Highway the main part of the park which has miles of hiking trails. If you are going to be there a few days invest in a Sunshade, the campsites are almost devoid of trees. Also, as soon as the sunsets moisture from the Ocean coats everything (it dries at sunrise) so keep your tents rainfly zipped shut to keep your sleeping gear dry.
