Perfect spot tucked away on Max’s property. Dogs had a blast running around the massive field, area was clean, and having a picnic table made life so much easier.

I had a wonderful stay at this private site. Max met me at the site when I arrived to chat for a little bit. He left a pile a branches and brush with a wheelbarrow to use for fires. This site is located in the hayfields on beautiful farmland, it offered plenty of privacy and a peaceful setting. The site included a fire pit and picnic table, making it easy to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It was absolutely perfect for my dogs—they loved being able to safely explore the fields off leash. If you’re looking for a quiet, rural getaway with lots of open space, I highly recommend this site. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ve already booked another visit for August!

Perfect campsite. It is a solo campsite in the corner of a beautiful field with a picturesque barn. Very secluded but close enough to a restaurant you can walk to. Has a fire it and table.

Place was really beautiful and private! Plenty of space to relax and some cool mowed walking paths to take and explore. It had both shady and sunny spots to enjoy and a nice little fire pit. I definitely recommend checking this spot out!

What a fantastic piece of land. It’s tucked just out of the way enough for you to feel some solitude, yet their home is close enough for you to feel safe and secure. Max cut the grass and left a wheelbarrow full of firewood. A great night under the stars, definitely worth the price.

This is my first experience at a Hipcamp, and it was top-notch. I had a large, open, quiet, and extremely private area all to myself. There was a nice picnic table, and the host kindly had a pile of kindling set aside for me. There were hawks and falcons in the sky. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommended. I will love to go back next year during springtime Place is so private, love waking up in the morning to hear only nature,what a simple weekend getaway So relaxing and refreshing.My two dogs had fun with this hip camp.

Beautiful views, nice firepit and trees to park the cars under. Private and easy to get to off the road. There are beehives nearby, which would be important to know if someone has an allergy. Overall a nice place to camp.

We had a great time here! Though the campsite is in a field, it was very secluded and private. The views were amazing and generally a relaxing trip. It was just what we were hoping for!

It was my first solo car camping trip and I absolutely loved it. I felt so safe that I enjoyed the fire till late and slept through the night. The owner was very kind and gave me my privacy! Definitely recommend!

I could not believe how private this site was. It's tucked away and, being the only site, quite isolated. Loved the stars, the cool picnic table and the 'second meadow' beyond the trees.
I will always choose to come back when I'm in the area.

Max’s farm was a great place to relax. The vista of the blowing hay field was gorgeous. You felt like you were all alone. The dogs loved it too!

Max's land was perfect, just as advertised. It was very private and safe. Our dogs loved running through the field. Directions were perfect. Never even met host - didn't need too. Check out the Log Cabin restaurant less than 5 minutes away, great food!

I absolutely adored this spot. Incredibly private, quiet aside from the wonderful animal noises from nearby farms. We had plenty of shade for the hot day we weete there. The real magic happened after dark when the fireflies came out and danced all along the field across from our site. It was magical. Would definitely recommend this spot. My dogs loved it til.

The site was at a quiet spot at the farm. Max made sure we had enough firewood the entirety of my stay. There are a couple nice trails accessible from the site which was great. He also allows pets off leash which is fantastic.

The site and the hosts exceeded our expectations. Perfect to relax and reset from the hustle and bustle of life. At first, I was a bit concerned with the privacy of the site. In the photos it looked like the host’s site was nearby but once we got there we were so pleased by how private the site was. We even forgot that we were on someone’s property. The site was clearly placed very strategically on the land. On top of the privacy, it has a great view of the sunrise and has enough shade from the trees for the hottest time of the day. Our dog was able to be off leash and he enjoyed the freedom, the smells and the peaceful sounds of the wind through he trees and the hay. The host was even kind enough to drop off some firewood for us when we got there and replenish them when needed. Definitely coming back again if the hosts will have us! It was also quite a beautiful drive and such a peaceful town.

Stayed here with my wife for 2 nights on our annual road trip. Hosts are friendly and very nice (offered us fire wood). Beautiful private corner of a field backing up against a massive split oak. Apple Maps was off by about 4-5 houses. Overall 10/10!
