This site was easy to access, park and settle in for the night. It was quiet, too. In the morning, I walked (conveniently) to a grocery store and even picked up my morning latte. I met Eric in the morning, which was also a delightful experience. He is super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Overall it was great for us.
It didn't look like the picture though, but that might be his other property he was telling us about that just had electricity. But the Tolman property you have full hookup!
Just so your aware, there is construction on the house ( and an upstairs tenant) and it's really a tight spot. You definitely need someone outside watching as you pull in and out. We have a 30 foot RV and it was totally doable. What's great is that it's right near a grocery store so we enjoyed getting supplies and walking to it for a beer run. It felt private enough and we totally enjoyed it.
Eric seemed super nice..we didnt meet him in person but he was easily reached.
Over all it was a good experience and we were also very thankful, because we had a few more people in our family than he would have liked. But he allowed us to stay, and we are grateful.....

This was perfect for us when we were just looking for a place to park for the night when visiting Ashland, it was just a few minutes drive from downtown. The electrical hookup was very useful during a hot spell and we were able to fill our water tank and empty the waste tanks too.

Host was very nice but entrance to property was inaccessible with my travel trailer due to overhanging trees. Also lot is small and pictures are deceiving. I was disappointed and had to make other plans
