Our location offers a picturesque RV site just feet from Bluffwoods Conservation Area with 2250+/- acres of public access. Just 30 minutes north of Kansas City and 20 minutes south of St. Joseph, MO you can take the day to explore the rolling hills just outside your door or head into town to visit some of the small local shops or local restaurants!As you pull through the double gates and up the drive you will find a nice spot to park your RV or trailer with Rural Water Hose Bib and 30amp and 50amp plugs for ease of hookup. Located right across the road is Bluffwoods Conservation Area and provides nearly 2250+/- acres of public access for hiking, fishing and enjoying the outdoors!

This was a secluded camp but it could be maintained a bit more. Grass was very tall, couldn’t find water hook up because of that. Had to message host. Parked in the gravel drive because grass was too high to park anywhere else. Price is good though for electric and water. Would not recommend for a trailer bigger than 30’. Had to trek a steep drive to turn our 32’ 5th wheel around.

My first Hipcamp stay!

We booked this site day of and Mathew was great with getting us detailed instructions to the site. We arrived after dark, which I would not recommend as it made finding the electric pole difficult. The grass was about 6ft high on both sides of the road when we stayed, but again we booked day of. In the morning we took a very nice walk up the hill to an over look of the farm. Mathew, the host, was very helpful and it met our needs for the night. Thanks for letting us stay on your property!
