Our 11-site campground is situated on Arkansas Hwy 74E, approximately three miles east of Jasper and three miles west of the Hasty Cutoff for quick access to the Buffalo River! This is not a residential campground like so many in the area - it is exclusively for camping enthusiasts! Being former camping enthusiasts ourselves, we built our RV park to accommodate rigs anywhere from a small popup to campers and motorhomes in excess of 40'. We also created each campsite to provide LOTS of personal space, with campsites being anywhere from 30 feet to 50 feet apart. Each site features a firepit, with small bundles of firewood available for purchase. Picnic tables are also available for your stay. We offer five campsites that are pull-through with full hookups, and six back-in sites that have water and electric only (a dump station is available for your convenience). Also featured is a BEAUTIFUL shower building; one side for the women, and one side for the men. Once you step inside and shut the door, you will have the beautifully tiled shower, toilet and lavatory to yourself until you are finished! Laundry facilities are also available on site - rather than charging exorbitant rates for using the washer and dryer like other RV parks or laundromats, we opted to make it available to our guests for a simple monetary donation. A lockbox is conveniently located in the laundry room for you to drop your donation into. Come stay with us and enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks and Buffalo River country! This land was purchased in the early 70's as a future family home site. It was never developed. It has been used by family and friends for various holidays and just camp outs. Now you can enjoy it as well. *NOTE* Contrary to popular belief there is no boat dock. Anyone found to be on a dock will be considered as trespassing and may be subject to prosecution. Learn more about this land: Primitive camping on Beaver Lake across from Rocky Branch Marina, Surrounded on three sides by this gorgeous lake. Light rolling hills with mature trees landscape this private lake front hideaway . There are a few residential executive homes nearby. This camp is hosted by Beaver Lake Outdoor Center. Kayak, jet ski rental available upon request. Sharing our wooded 5 acres by a secluded pond stocked with fish, hosts live on the property, 15 minutes from town, 1 hour from Branson, 25 to Fantastic Caverns, next to Historic Route 66. There are two campfires, swings, a picnic table, an outdoor toilet, and walking trails around the property. Water well and electricity available. Geese, ducks, and 20 chickens are a new addition to our property. Welcome!!!

Very much felt like we were in nature. Could hear a million different sounds coming from insects birds and everything. Very quiet and no light pollution blocking the stars. The hiking trails are also work worth it. This is our 3rd camping trip this year and this was my favorite so far. They do have dogs that will visit your campsite but are all very friendly and we honestly enjoyed having them around. Especially the big brown one named Bear

Can’t say enough great things about this spot! This was our 5th Hipcamp this week as we are traveling home to Louisiana from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and it was BY FAR the best one. Not only this week, but the best we have ever stayed at overall. When we pulled in, Shane came to greet us. He gave us local dining and hiking recommendations & was so kind, letting us know if we need anything at all to contact him. The property was spotless, not a blade of grass out of place. The layout of the sites was so well thought out. They were huge, giving plenty of space between each camper. It was nice to have access to full hookups and also trash disposal. And can we talk about the bathroom/shower!!!! Easily the biggest and best we have experienced. Could have spent an hour in the shower!!! It was so convenient that firewood was offered and you can pay onsite. Neat little laundry room that you can use for a donation. Such a cool park, great setup, great owners. Only downside was we only had time to stay 2 nights. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Please note that several months after this picture was taken, we had to make the very difficult decision to remove the tree on the RH side when it became diseased. The large tree on the LH side of the picture still stands. As evening approaches, these sites do enjoy partial shade due to the large stand of trees across the road from the park.

Weekend Trip to Explore the Ozarks - Dockley Ranch

Loved Dockley Ranch SO much and can’t wait to go back. The pups, goats, alpaca, chickens, mushrooms, Claire, and Myke were all so welcoming! We explored the trails every day, used the awesome fire pit every night, and we still didn’t want to leave after our long weekend.

This site currently has a shade cover and camp chair, generously donated by a previous camper. There's still plenty of room for a large tent.

This side of the river has a STEEP bank you have to climb down too, and a narrow
gravel bar. Very isolated and shaded.

We were very happy to stay at the Enchanted camp site. Mizzy greeted us at the entrance and gave us an excellent run down of the facilities and the grounds. It was a great place to relax and rest. There were trees to string up our hammocks too. Very artsy and fun vibe, with special touches accentuating the eclectic decor and natural setting.

This is such a wonderful spot and Gregory is an incredible host. The site itself was so spacious and shady with an incredible view of the river. The port-a-potty had been freshly cleaned before we arrived. Gregory brought us tubes to use on the river and we had fun swimming off the dock. When it was time to leave one person in our group had a flat tire and Gregory brought down a compressor to get them aired up. He truly went above and beyond to make our trip great. We will absolutely be back to this spot again!
