We provide (almost) everything for your camping experience so you can spend less time packing and setting up and more time relaxing and making memories. CAMPING THE OLD-FASHIONED WAY--JUST WITH LESS TO PACK! Folks come to Camp Fernweh to reset from the hustle and noise. Enjoy the self check-in, quiet country sounds, and privacy of the woodland. Your campsite is set into the woods on the hillside behind our home and with complete privacy while you're here. We are within 5-10 minutes of several Ozark Greenways for cycling and walking, 2 mountain biking parks, and several conservation areas for hiking. The Frisco Highline Trail is 5 miles away in Willard, MO where there is also small grocers for those last minute forgotten items. Fantastic Caverns and Crystal Cave are minutes away from us, as well! Camp Fernweh is about 15 minutes north of Springfield off of Hwy 13.

Driving, bicycling or motorcycling Route 66 we're your stop for a peaceful night of camping before continuing your trip on the Mother Road.
