This property is filled with amazing things to see and explore. Nothing like it in Missouri. Lake is 60+ acres and is spring fed. Amazing fishing, swimming and kayaking.
We are pet friendly. You will have amazing lake views and will be close to hiking trails, horseback riding, and wine tasting at Edge Cliff Wineries which is next door to us.
The beautiful shower house is super clean, has restrooms and hot showers and it is within walking distance. Firewood and ice are available to purchase; kayaks and fishing poles are available for rent. If you forget something at home stop by our little country store, we might have it! :)
The sites are about 20 ft from each other - if you are looking for more privacy please check out the secluded site or the peninsula.

Spend your days mountain biking, hiking, fishing and watching wildlife on a private ranch in the Ozark Mountains, less than a quarter mile from the Mark Twain National Forest. Less than five miles from Indian Trail State Forest (Indian Trail Conservation Area) with beautiful Blackwell Lake. Camp at our beautiful private swimming hole at the edge of Joachim Creek. Our campsite includes a community picnic table, hammocks along the tree line and a huge communal fire pit. We have four individual camp sites in total, each with their own fire ring. Bring your fishing poles, water shoes and camp chairs!
We are a working farm that grows produce, raises dairy goats, pasture raised pigs, peacocks, chickens and more! And while you may hear a rooster crow in the morning, you'll be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of farm life.

Lake Perry Campground was established in July, 2024. We are located just outside the main gates of Lake Perry. Lake Perry is a private, gated, lake community that is only accessible by lot owners and their guests. Lake Perry Campground offers 17 full hookup sites consisting of public water, 70 amp electric, and public sewer. 9 sites are pull through lots that are 25' wide x 35' long, and 8 back-in lots ranging from 25-60' wide and 30-100' long. Two buddy lots (camper & tent) are available as well. We also have 1 tent lot with 20 amp electric and water.
Completed in August 2025, is a 30' x 50' pavilion with restrooms (2 toilets) and (1) floor to ceiling tile shower in each restroom. A tankless hot water heater was installed for endless hot water. A seasonal bar & grill operates on the weekends and sometimes more serving canned beer, mixed drinks, premium wines, and adult slushy drinks such as the nearly famous Perrywacker. There is Starlink wifi and an ice vending machine on-site 24/7. Also available late winter/early spring 2026 is a 400 square foot studio cabin featuring a 12x16 deck, bedroom, full kitchen, full bath, and a kitchenette/bar. (Sleeps 4)
We are 5 miles from Mark Twain national Forest, as well as multiple conservation areas with creek access. Several wineries are nearby through scenic backroads. (Charleville, Twin Oaks, Sand Creek). Bring your SXS's for days of backroad riding that spans 4 counties (Perry, Ste Genevieve, Madison, and Bollinger). One of the best camping spot with clear water to swim in and a little beach vibe for you to camp in. #3 is wayy better than #2 absolutely worth the price. Accidentally pulled into their actual house drive through so please look for a hipcamp sign before you pull into the driveway next to the bridge.

It was a great area. The host was sweet and easy going. Her mom (grandma) was so sweet and looked forward to seeing her and her pupper dog everyday. The site we had was very nice. The noise from town was a little annoying but overall it was a good stay. Will definitely go back.

I spent a few days staying at this absolute gem. The space is layed out very well. The hot tub was amazing! I am so glad I chose this place for my first Hipcamp experience. Lacey has done an amaozing job on this cabin. The twinkle lights all of it create a magical ambaince even when it was raining the front porch looking over the river was so beatuiful. I will absolutely be back!!

My partner and I needed a spot close to the Shut Ins & Elephant Rock park (about 20-25 minute drive) when all of the other campgrounds were full and this was the perfect spot. Bill’s land is beautiful, very peaceful, and well maintained. Little brushy creek was so gorgeous running right by our camp spot, it added the most perfect scenery to our site. We will definitely be back to visit Bill & his wonderful campground.

We have found our new spot!!!! What a beautiful place to enjoy the outdoors. The site was very well maintained with flat ground for our tent and plenty of trees for shade, a fire pit and nearby grill, and a nice sturdy bench. You’re a hop, skip, and a jump away from a beautiful creek/river that has fresh springs supplying cool, clear water. The sites were easy to find and easily accessible. There were some cars that would come down the gravel road that the sites were located off of, but I only remember one or two at night while we were sleeping. That didn’t bother us any.
What made our whole trip was getting to talk with the host, Harley. He’s full of stories that take you back in time to fill you in on some of the history of the area. He was EXTREMELY kind, respectful, and knowledgeable.. We wish we could’ve stayed longer to hear more, but there is no doubt that we will be back again and again!!
Highly recommend this spot, which is a semi-sweet statement to make since I’d like to keep it a secret it’s that good, but Harley deserves the guests and good review.
We can’t wait to get back out there! Thank you!!!

We tent camped at site 2, which is closest to the creek. Hearing the water flowing throughout the night was heavenly and peaceful. We were able to get fresh potable water from a spigot on the property, and also fresh eggs, sausage, bug bracelets, charcoal, and other provisions are available in a small store (also on the farm.) The goats are adorable. It was nice waking up to the sound of the rooster crowing. Definitely enjoyed this stay and would bring people here.
There was a bird living in the porta potty who made a nest inside a roll of toilet paper sitting on the shelf and she was not happy with anyone using the bathroom, whether or not she was in there at the moment, lol.

Everything was beautiful! It felt like being far away from the city, especially the secluded sites. They had several options for activities, and I loved being so close to the goats and other animals. The treehouse sites looked so cool. 😊 I would definitely pay attention to the websites recommendations for what types of vehicles to use for the secluded sites, especially 1. Roads are loose rock mostly, and some are quite steep.

my partner and I stayed at campsite 1 and it was absolutely stunning! the site itself was very spacious which gave us a lot of wiggle room to set up. the creek is a short 10ft away or so. it’s filled with fish, crayfish, water bugs, and other fauna. the host, bill, was such a sweet person. he greeted us when we arrived and showed us around his property. we had a great conversation and although he was off the property, he told us to message him if we needed anything. the firewood bundle was very generous. I assumed it would be maybe 7 or 8 pieces, but it was closer to 25-30 pieces which he covered with a tarp to prevent the wood from getting wet. overall, the entire property was beautiful and clean, and bill was incredibly nice.

We stayed in one of the primitive camp sites and had an absolutely wonderful time! It truly felt like a luxury camp ground, the bathhouse was so well appointed and sparklingly clean with great shower products! The coffee and snacks were a great addition as well. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to camp with gracious hosts and beautiful bathrooms this is the place!

Weekend Trip to Hummingbird Hollow Outdoors
We loved the Sir Quincy yurt experience . Made core memories with our kids and we would
Love to come back . Susan brought by firewood and clean towels . All ages slept well ( 6 years old , 3 years old, and 1 years old ) . Friendly visits from dogs and cats and pigs to the campsite made our day. Then walks to feed the goats and horses carrots , exploring the beautiful creek . Other wildlife seen beyond the sanctuary farm animals : large pelleated woodpeckers , hummingbirds , baby snapping turtles , tadpoles , many wild flowers , butterflies , flocks of barn swallows , large black snake ( my sons favorite ) , toads , frogs , turkey vultures .
My daughter lovingly refers to the barn as the “ unicorn house “ and she is three years old and loved all the unicorns , especially the brown pony unicorn . The donkeys all coming over in a group for carrots , the baby pigs , twin very new baby goats , and the largest mama pig walking by every morning where othe highlights on the farm .
Never had a keurig in a yurt before and also loved making everybody hot cocoa in the yurt on chilly mornings . Thank you for the hot cocoa pods .

We absolutely loved camping here! We got caught in a rain storm with our 18 month old and our tent was soaked along with most of our clothing. Susan offered to throw our laundry in the dryer so we wouldn’t have to run it to town.
We spent most of our time at the creek and the horses who wander the property are so sweet. We would definitely return.
