Lake Perry Campground was established in July, 2024. We are located just outside the main gates of Lake Perry. Lake Perry is a private, gated, lake community that is only accessible by lot owners and their guests. Lake Perry Campground offers 17 full hookup sites consisting of public water, 70 amp electric, and public sewer. 9 sites are pull through lots that are 25' wide x 35' long, and 8 back-in lots ranging from 25-60' wide and 30-100' long. Two buddy lots (camper & tent) are available as well. We also have 1 tent lot with 20 amp electric and water. Completed in August 2025, is a 30' x 50' pavilion with restrooms (2 toilets) and (1) floor to ceiling tile shower in each restroom. A tankless hot water heater was installed for endless hot water. A seasonal bar & grill operates on the weekends and sometimes more serving canned beer, mixed drinks, premium wines, and adult slushy drinks such as the nearly famous Perrywacker. There is Starlink wifi and an ice vending machine on-site 24/7. Also available late winter/early spring 2026 is a 400 square foot studio cabin featuring a 12x16 deck, bedroom, full kitchen, full bath, and a kitchenette/bar. (Sleeps 4) We are 5 miles from Mark Twain national Forest, as well as multiple conservation areas with creek access. Several wineries are nearby through scenic backroads. (Charleville, Twin Oaks, Sand Creek). Bring your SXS's for days of backroad riding that spans 4 counties (Perry, Ste Genevieve, Madison, and Bollinger). Weekend Trip to Sinking Creek Ranch RVs & Glamping

We're so happy we made the trip out to Sinking Creek Ranch. We got to experience full RV hookups for the first time and it was a game changer. The sites were maintained and the bath house was really clean and super cute. There is wifi at the bathhouse with ice and wood available. There are treats in the bathroom to feee the horses too! They had a glamping area that we want to check out in the future. What made this place exceptional were the host. They were so friendly and personable. It almost made us feel like we were family. You can also bring off road vehicles which my husband took advantage of. There are miles of awesome intermediate single tracks with great views. The host even took time to go on a ride with my husband to show him around. There are side by side trails as well. Even a swimming hole nearby to cool off. We are already planning our return visit!

We loved our stay at Fredrock! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the whole place is so beautiful! I can’t put into words how gorgeous the river and shut-ins are here! We spent days lounging and swimming in the river. It’s also close enough to other areas where we were able to do some other day trips to other shut-ins and St Louis! It’s a large property with lots of cool places to stay. Everything is clean, all the Rv hook-ups worked perfectly and there was plenty of space in our site. We usually boondock and don’t do Rv parks because we like our space but we had enough space here! Other campers were quiet and respectful.

Weekend Trip to La Belle Vie - “The Beautiful Life”

We had a really nice time. The pool is big, the water was warm, and the 4th of July fireworks were beautiful. The lake was clean, and we had fun riding our scooters around. There were plenty of things to do, the RV water pressure was good, and the price was great for a full hook-up site. We would come back.

3 nights at La Belle Vie - “The Beautiful Life”

This has got to be one of my favorite places to stay so far. The lots are nicely spaced apart and the amenities are amazing! We enjoyed paddle boating the huge lake, put-put golf and shuffleboard! The pool looked. Everything was well kept and everyone was so inviting. I’ll definitely return.

Weekend Trip to Spring Lake Ranch

We had an amazing time this weekend! My kids loved seeing the animals, playing at the playground and swimming in the lake. We paddle boarded and fished. It is a nice and quiet area and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
