Lake Perry Campground was established in July, 2024. We are located just outside the main gates of Lake Perry. Lake Perry is a private, gated, lake community that is only accessible by lot owners and their guests. Lake Perry Campground offers 17 full hookup sites consisting of public water, 70 amp electric, and public sewer. 9 sites are pull through lots that are 25' wide x 35' long, and 8 back-in lots ranging from 25-60' wide and 30-100' long. Two buddy lots (camper & tent) are available as well. We also have 1 tent lot with 20 amp electric and water. Completed in August 2025, is a 30' x 50' pavilion with restrooms (2 toilets) and (1) floor to ceiling tile shower in each restroom. A tankless hot water heater was installed for endless hot water. A seasonal bar & grill operates on the weekends and sometimes more serving canned beer, mixed drinks, premium wines, and adult slushy drinks such as the nearly famous Perrywacker. There is Starlink wifi and an ice vending machine on-site 24/7. Also available late winter/early spring 2026 is a 400 square foot studio cabin featuring a 12x16 deck, bedroom, full kitchen, full bath, and a kitchenette/bar. (Sleeps 4) We are 5 miles from Mark Twain national Forest, as well as multiple conservation areas with creek access. Several wineries are nearby through scenic backroads. This location was great for a late summer trip. We stayed here mid September, and couldn't have had a better trip. The pool was still open, which was good when it reached 100°. We brought our own golf balls for the mini golf, and just didn't play hole 18, since it collects the balls. The pool was mostly empty, so almost like having a private pool. We used the basketball court and they had 2 balls available. They had 2 balls on the volleyball court as well. We didn't ride the paddle boats but that'll be for our next trip. I would definitely recommend if you've got kids. Plenty of things to do.

I recently stayed at this Campground in a dispersed camping site. It was a hot few days that I was there and being able to camp in the trees where there was plenty of shade was a lifesaver. The road along the side of the campground leads down to a creek bottom. The creek allows for the opportunity of swimming on hot day. Lots of hiking available as well. The shower facility was excellent and the separate restrooms were clean.

3rd time coming here, and another great trip in the books! We come with a group of friends and stay in the RV sites, and honestly, we don’t have much negative to say. Some of the sites are on the smaller side, but you can definitely make them work. Our site was listed with a 24’ max, but our 30’ camper fit with no issues. We did have to use an extension for the sewer connection, but it worked great nonetheless. They have a great lake with easy swimming access, and the whole place is quiet, relaxing, and a great spot to unwind. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved this place !! It was perfect for everything we were doing in the area. Very close to Greer and turner and other eleven point access. A very quiet family friendly campground with well kept grounds and very clean bathrooms/shower house. We brought our own kayaks to float the river and used camp river for their shuttle services. It worked out perfect for us. They have full hook up for your camper or Rv and all the rv sites are on pretty level ground. We will for sure be back next year !! Thank you for having us !

This was purchased by a local family. It's just as amazing as I remember. There's work to do but on labor day weekend 2026, it was the most and much needed relaxed weekend we had in awhile. They now have the RV sites opening up, prob about 20 to 30 campers as of now. I'm sure more are opening and for the price, you get an entire resort! Well be going back 💯 My brothers and I, my now wife, my brothers now wife all spent summers here for like 20 yrs, the new owners seem laid back and happy everyone is having a great time.

Weekend Trip to La Belle Vie - “The Beautiful Life”

Lots of grass coverage so when it rained it was not muddy. You can tell the owners are trying to get the place back to how it was. The pool and lake are very nice! The putt putt course is really nice as well but can use a little cleaning up. You can tell they are putting work into the campsites, so it will get there, but some of the sites need work on the electric boxes and water spigots. There was nobody around us, so camping was extremely peaceful and the kids enjoyed running around and riding bikes on the gravel roads.
