If you're into fishing there's a lot of lakes around here, even kayaking. Friendly little town called Lexington is 10 minutes away, good southern food. 2 hours from Memphis and 2 hours from Nashville. Travel 40 miles northeast and enter an Amish Community for Amish shopping and Tours. Or go straight to the East about 30 miles and visit Lawrenceburg, TN and Davy Crocket State Park. Head 40 miles west discover all the history at the battle fields of Shiloh, just outside of Savanah, TN. And if Music is your interest 45 min south of is "Shoals". Muscle Shoals and Florence Alabama have rich southern history, beautiful historical homes, music roots. No matter the interest, there are ton of things to do occupy your time.

This was a wonderful site for us. The host greeted us upon arrival to help us back in and hook up. We enjoyed the view and peace of being right on the river. For the only day of our trip when it rained, we were so happy to have the structure as we were able to cook on a grill and sit outside, again enjoying the river view while it was raining around us. We particularly liked that it was an easy location and pretty setting for walking our dogs. A bonus was that the host provided us with information on things to check out in the area. We did go to the civil war museum/battlefield which was excellent.

Had a great stay at Lori‘s property! Plenty of space between sites, Direct water access which was great for kayaks and floats. Easy site to back into and hook up. Was concerned about how much gravel there was and how comfortable that would be, but it is very Fine gravel it was very comfortable under our outdoor rugs. Lori was extremely responsive and was a big help when we had to reschedule due to health issues. Definitely recommend!
