Each completely off grid site features clean, well-maintained white rock camper pads, providing a ready-to-use setup for campers or RVs. Olive Hill is Conveniently located just minutes from beautiful small river town of Clifton Tennessee. Clifton includes, food, drinks, bar and grills, parks, marinas with boat rentals this Ross Creek Landing Golf Course, Blue Sky Shooting Range. In the other direction is Savannah Tennessee where you can enjoy lots of shopping, food options, also easy access to Pickwick Landing State Park, featuring a public beach, disc golf course, boating, fishing and a variety of outdoor activities, Also lots of walking trails and picnic areas at Shiloh National Park. A historic 5000 acre battlefield and other historical sites.This completely off grid lot features a calm scenic views in a quiet and peaceful area. most horses, animals, pets and plenty of room for boat parking and other recreational vehicles. There is not currently fire ban on the property so feel free to have camp and bon fires but is reserved for approved areas only. There is no dumping or potable water on the property so not ideal for long term stays.
