This picturesque property offers five acres of flat, open pasture featuring beautiful sunrises and sunsets, perfect for camping under the stars. It serves as an ideal middle-ground location to meet all your needs and expectations. We welcome pets, horses, ATVs, campers, tents, and vans. Each completely off-grid site features clean, well-maintained white rock camper pads, providing a ready-to-use setup for rigs of all sizes. Olive Hill is conveniently located just minutes from the beautiful small river town of Clifton, Tennessee. Clifton offers a variety of amenities, including local food, drinks, bars and grills, parks, and marinas with boat rentals. You will also find the Ross Creek Landing Golf Course and Blue Sky Shooting Range nearby. In the other direction is Savannah, Tennessee, where you can enjoy extensive shopping and dining options, as well as easy access to Pickwick Landing State Park. The state park features a public beach, a disc golf course, boating, fishing, and a wide variety of outdoor activities. Additionally, the area offers numerous walking trails and picnic areas at Shiloh National Military Park, a historic 5,000-acre battlefield and home to several significant historical sites.This completely off grid lot features a calm scenic views in a quiet and peaceful area. most horses, animals, pets and plenty of room for boat parking and other recreational vehicles. There is not currently fire ban on the property so feel free to have camp and bon fires but is reserved for approved areas only. There is no dumping or potable water on the property so not ideal for long term stays.
