Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at all sites.
This private "glamping" experience features two FHU (water, sewer, 30/50 amp) RV sites, on a 3/4-acre lot with 92 ft. of Tennessee River waterfront. It is perfect for two separate camping parties, or book both sites and take a buddy. Hang out by the fire pit or on the riverbank. Put your cooking gear in the concrete-floored pavilion under the roof, where electricity is available to plug in your smoker or other cooking appliances. Your fur kids will love the fenced dog park! Enjoy the serenity of this beautiful place, off the beaten path. The last two miles are maintained gravel roadway. Launch your boat at the community launch down the road and look forward to reeling in bass and catfish.Site A is a beautiful pull-in site, on the left side of the pavilion, with a magnificent view of the river. Site B is a back-in site, on the right side of the pavilion, with excellent riverview for those who have windows at the back of their RV. The level parking surfaces are packed gravel, with plenty of room for slideouts on both sides. Watch barges and pleasure boats cruise the Tennessee River. Enjoy spectacular sunsets while sitting by the firepit. A large 15' x 30' astroturf/fenced dog run is available for use on the lot, as well as a large pavilion for outdoor cooking. There is a turnaround that will accommodate big rigs. The Trex stairs lead to a riverfront deck with pergola overhead. (Note: Children are not allowed on the riverfront deck without adult supervision. Occasionally, water levels on the Tennessee River may cause the deck to be submerged and unusable during certain times of the year.) Free trash disposal is available at the 2 dumpsters located at the top of the hill, past the farmer's field, near the white fence. All trash must be removed by camping guests. Pets are allowed on leash; a fenced astroturf dog run is available for off leash play. Please pick up after your pets. Leave no trace. There is a community boat launch. Contact lot owners for location and details.
