1. 100 % Refund less credit card processing fee if you cancel before 14 days of your arrival date. 50% Refund if you cancel between 14 and 7 days of your arrival date. No Refund if you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date.
2. CHECK IN: 4 PM. CHECK OUT: 11 AM.
3. QUIET TIME. 10 PM - 8 AM
4. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES. Camp must be broken down by 11 AM on departure day. If you stay past time you could be charged for an additional day. Extension possible with pre-approval.
5. All Overnight Guests Must Pay
6. Trash must be taken to the Green Bins located at the lower corner of the upper field
7. No washing vehicles
8. PETS must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets and do NOT leave them in the campground unattended.

While visiting Greenbrier you can find a picnic area near the river and an outdoor pavilion with a large grill for your special events located there .
Several trail heads are located there in the Greenbrier community including Brushy Mountain trail Old settlers trail (several old settlements can easily be found here) Porters Gap trail.
There are too many local attractions to list within 15 to 25 minute drive , from horseback riding . tubing, rafting , smoky mountain gravity park to shopping outlet malls . READ !! Be sure to check mypigeonforge.com , pigeonforge.com or gatlinburg.com to find all the local special events calenders as there is at times ALOT of heavy traffic you may not be prepared for . Pull down a paved road and get out of your car and sit down at a picnic table in front of a private waterfall!
This site has a pull through, full hookup spot with 30amp for campers but tents are always welcome or a combination of the two. I've had a 33' camper, popup camper and 6 tents at this campsite all at the same time so there plenty of room for your family and friends!
We're 2.5 miles from the Cherokee Casino and 3.5 miles from down town Cherokee
If you're tired of crowded campgrounds then you'll love the privacy this campground offers. This is now a two site campground with each site being around 100' away from the other site with trees and vegetation growing in between, you more or less cant see on site from the other from May until November.
There is a orange cone that marks the border of the two sites. One set of campers will not be allowed on the other campers campsite, if this happens you will be evicted with no refund.
Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 12pm.
No shooting firearms, (although you may hear people shooting firearms because you will be camping in the mountains) but your more than welcome to bring your firearms. Its better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
No fireworks.
No making trails or collecting firewood (This is not because I want to sell you firewood, its because I want to have the property remain as pristine as possible)
Do not cut down trees alive or dead
If you move picnic tables please move them back
Dogs are permitted but message me first to see if your do will be a good fit.
There is a small Church around 200 yards from the campground. They hold services every Wednesday and Sunday. They generally start around 5pm and it lasts around a hour. If your into that they would love to have you come down.
The EBCI opened a dispensary around 3 miles from the campground. It will open to all adults over 21 starting September 7th 2024.

3. QUIET TIME. 10 PM - 8 AM
4. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES. Camp must be broken down by 11 AM on departure day. If you stay past time you could be charged for an additional day. Extension possible with pre-approval.
5. All Overnight Guests Must Pay
6. Trash must be taken to the Green Bins located at the lower corner of the upper field
7. No washing vehicles
8. PETS must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets and do NOT leave them in the campground unattended.

Pull down a paved road and get out of your car and sit down at a picnic table in front of a private waterfall!
This site has a pull through, full hookup spot with 30amp for campers but tents are always welcome or a combination of the two. I've had a 33' camper, popup camper and 6 tents at this campsite all at the same time so there plenty of room for your family and friends!
We're 2.5 miles from the Cherokee Casino and 3.5 miles from down town Cherokee
If you're tired of crowded campgrounds then you'll love the privacy this campground offers. This is now a two site campground with each site being around 100' away from the other site with trees and vegetation growing in between, you more or less cant see on site from the other from May until November.
There is a orange cone that marks the border of the two sites. One set of campers will not be allowed on the other campers campsite, if this happens you will be evicted with no refund.
Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 12pm.
No shooting firearms, (although you may hear people shooting firearms because you will be camping in the mountains) but your more than welcome to bring your firearms. Its better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
No fireworks.
No making trails or collecting firewood (This is not because I want to sell you firewood, its because I want to have the property remain as pristine as possible)
Do not cut down trees alive or dead
If you move picnic tables please move them back
Dogs are permitted but message me first to see if your do will be a good fit.
There is a small Church around 200 yards from the campground. They hold services every Wednesday and Sunday. They generally start around 5pm and it lasts around a hour. If your into that they would love to have you come down.
The EBCI opened a dispensary around 3 miles from the campground. It will open to all adults over 21 starting September 7th 2024.

You get a pretty spacious place along with the essential utilities and from your camp to the waterfall is all yours. Richard is quick to respond to questions and really helpful what all our concerns. I would definitely return to this site in the future!

Know what you are getting into - this is not a small or secluded campground. It is a large RV park with mostly permanent residents. The sites are small and packed in tightly. There is not an in-ground fire pit - just an above-grade fire bowl (it does accommodate grilling however) - and there is some road noise from the nearby parkway. If you are ok with those conditions then it is otherwise a good RV park with very clean bathhouse and the Owner is very accommodating. This is a great option for an RV stay on a tight budget. For myself I will likely pay more to find a more secluded/traditional campground on my next trip to the Smokies.

We were met at the campsite by the owner, he showed us the personal space which was huge and beautiful. Flush toilet and hit shower fir each spot. We were at the waterfall whichbis gorgeous. We will be back.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Richard’s campsite. Richard is an excellent host—friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to the needs of his guests. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was comfortable and that we had all the information we needed about the area and the campsite.
The campsite itself was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Richard clearly takes pride in keeping the site organized and enjoyable for campers.
What really made the stay special was Richard’s hospitality. He was always available if we needed anything, while still giving campers plenty of privacy to enjoy the outdoors.
Something that we were surprised was about the Bathhouse, it had a toilet in it too.
I highly recommend Richard’s campsite to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted camping experience. We would definitely love to come back again!

This place was AMAZING! The running river water is available like 3-5 feet from your head in your tent (if you choose), best natural sound ever. Waterfall was stunning, campground was spotless, toilet with shower if you need and so many different spots to set up tents so it was really customizable. Trash can was provided as well fire pits and a charcoal grill! It does seem like it’s off the grid but you are so close to town that if you forgot something you’re not screwed. Host was awesome and really informative, easy check in and check out. We will absolutely be back here without a doubt!

Second time staying here, at the waterfall site this time. It’s a great property and Richard keeps it clean and simple. Bring a long extension cord if you plan to set up by the river, Richard was kind enough to lend us an extra one. We will definitely be back again!

Smokies - Saucy!
A lovely gem and a must visit. One would need at least 3-4 days to explore the mountains and trails. Although, it would be close to impossible to explore them all. The scenic drives are absolutely stunning. Caution advised on Night drives.

Old timey flavor here.
Lot of history.
Tight for our 26’ Rockwood…. Remember these parks were built for family cars and tag-a-longs. Forget the dump station for large campers. Dump before arrival.
Not very active dog friendly.. most trails are closed for Fido.
