Webb Creek site is a spacious, paved, deluxe site that has a landscaped living area with concrete patio. The site comes with deck furniture and a fire pit. The site sits close the Dog walk area and above the Webb creek high enough to not have to worry about flooding. Maximum stay is 21 days as per HOA policy. You will be staying in the premier RV resort in the Smokies. Only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Only a 2 minute drive from Bent Creek golf course (public). Site Details: Lot 18-Deluxe full hookups, paved pad, with deck furniture Max allowed is 35ft campers (Conversion vans, buses, car camping is not allowed unless it has RVIA sticker) Two cars parking space On-site and additional parking space near the office. The property sits on a slightly elevated hillside, which provides a quiet, private setting once you’re parked. The driveway has a steeper incline, so take it slow upon entry. The pad itself is level and solid concrete, perfect for setting up comfortably once you arrive. Catch and Release pond. We had a great time at the camp site! The lot and facilities were nice and clean! We used a pop up camper and small truck. Plenty of room for a bigger set up! If you are looking for a quiet spot to get away from the hustle of everyday living check it out!

Place was really nice and clean. Just keep in mind that campground is located by the US Route and gets noisy during the day. Big plus for having laundromat on-site and pool, especially if you have kids :)

Perfect campsite for visiting the national park. The pool was really clean and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The host responded to our messages within minutes. We will stay again if we return to the area. Thank you for everything!

There was a nice deck with table & chairs and a fire table. We had no problem backing our 24 ft RV into the space with room to spare. Once in place site has a flat space so leveling was no problem. This was our first adventure in our new to us RV and we enjoyed it very much.

Webb Creek Camper Lot – Smoky TN
Know what you are getting into - this is not a small or secluded campground. It is a large RV park with mostly permanent residents. The sites are small and packed in tightly. There is not an in-ground fire pit - just an above-grade fire bowl (it does accommodate grilling however) - and there is some road noise from the nearby parkway. If you are ok with those conditions then it is otherwise a good RV park with very clean bathhouse and the Owner is very accommodating. This is a great option for an RV stay on a tight budget. For myself I will likely pay more to find a more secluded/traditional campground on my next trip to the Smokies.

It was a little difficult getting into the site due to the steep grade and our camper dragged a little, but once we got settled it was fantastic! We had a nice little fire pit to use and a table with four chairs to eat outside on. Nice concrete pad. Hookups all worked as expected and WiFi was good most days. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood was quiet except for a bear visit on two different nights. Would recommend this site!

The pictures on the posting are misleading. The campsite itself is perfectly fine, not bad at all. The area is quite tight, so be prepared to take your time getting into the spot. It’s also on a hill, so the bottom of your camper might scrape. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would definitely go back. The people were friendly, the place is quiet, and the price is great! You’re about 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. There’s also a public golf course just 5-minutes away. Overall, it’s a nice area and peaceful.

This place was gorgeous. Quaint too. Loved it and would stay again if I’m ever in the area. Super easy check in. Park wifi was decent enough (maybe not for quality zooming but definitely for streaming. Loved my walks through the park with the creek running through it, and proximity to Smoky Mountain National Park as well as to Gatlinburg. Truth be told I’d rather hang at the lovely campgrounds than suffer the crowds in town. Host was prompt with communications as well. Loved the deck, and the table and chairs were so nice to have.

The camping was really beautiful with a swimming pool, game hall and a place to wash your clothes. We only stayed for one night so unfortunately we couldn't use these things. The directions were alsof really helpfull and the host reacted very fast. I would recommend this place!

Concrete pad, table and fire pit was great! It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city, so it truly felt like we were camping out in the smokies. We didn’t use the pool or the other amenities because we were busy doing other things, but they looked nice! Great place for a family. The host is very kind and responsive! We have a 31 ft travel trailer and it was a right squeeze due to the angle of the spot and a little hard to level out due to the hill it’s on, but we were able to make it work just fine :) We also have a large slide on the drivers side and it fit just fine. This spot is very very affordable and it’s a very quiet spot! Would definitely recommend!

The park is very nice and quiet. Bathrooms and showers are very clean with AC working. My family and I had a great time minus the one disgruntled employee who manages the pool. He is not nice, short tempered so stay clear of the pool if he’s working there. He’s absolutely not appropriate guy to be working at such a nice RV resort. Other than him, we would stay there again if he’s gone.

The resort is nice and quiet. It’s mostly seasonal’s and permanent residents. Everyone was friendly. The resort amenities are nice. We were there in early May so the pool and cafe weren’t open. The pool was huge though. The site itself was nice. However, it was very tight to maneuver in and out of the site. We have a 3ft deep 16ft wide slide on the drivers side and despite being as close to the patio as possible, we were inches away from the water connection. I actually had to push my wheel fender in, in order to turn the water off and on. For reference we are a 35ft travel trailer. The proximity to the. National Park (especially for the price) is unmatched. You’re 30 minutes from the Sugarland’s Visitor Center. Downtown Gatlinburg is about 20. Overall, it was a really good stay, if you’re over 35ft just be warned, it’s a tight back in.

It was absolutely beautiful!!! And very peaceful except for the neighbor that I had. He wasn't very pleasant but we stayed on our side and after I called he stayed on his. He cussed in front of my kids. And it was during their online school. I homeschool my kids and the wifi was excellent. They had public showers and bathrooms. A laundry room, playground, basketball court,and so much more. Even a pool for kids and the family. And definitely we'll worth the money.
