1. 100 % Refund less credit card processing fee if you cancel before 14 days of your arrival date. 50% Refund if you cancel between 14 and 7 days of your arrival date. No Refund if you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date.

3. QUIET TIME. 10 PM - 8 AM
4. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES. Camp must be broken down by 11 AM on departure day. If you stay past time you could be charged for an additional day. Extension possible with pre-approval.

7. No washing vehicles
8. PETS must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets and do NOT leave them in the campground unattended.

The Cove consists of 12 acres with a tributary stream and spring fed ponds
less than a half mile from the Toccoa River. It was originally the water source for the surrounding properties prior to the city installing a water system. It is completely private and unspoiled nature, with about a mile of walking trails throughout. The Mountaintop is a 3 acre high elevation site bordering 140 acres of undisturbed woods and is also very close to the Toccoa River.
Fantastic location yet very private for base camp to access the many activities in this area, or enjoy the Toccoa River. It is the only campground in Fannin County limited to only one group at a time.
Each site includes 2 access points to the Toccoa River. The Gibbs Drive community river access lot has a charcoal grill, picnic table, boat launch, swimming rock and fire pit with chairs. The Toccoa River Forest community river access lot has a big boat ramp. The river is controlled flow and usually at low water from dawn to about 2 pm, ideal for fishing or swimming/wading/boulder bopping. The River release schedule is available online at
the website TVA.gov.
The River has swift current when the dam is opened for release, usually daily.
This property is conveniently located in Mineral Bluff, Georgia 30559, just 4 miles off the 4-lane highway (Highway 515/76) and just a short drive to Blue Ridge, Georgia; Blairsville, Georgia; Murphy, North Carolina, McCaysville, Georgia and Copper Hill, Tennessee. It is a paved road drive all the way to the entrance. It is located just a few miles from the center of downtown Blue Ridge with art galleries, many restaurants, brew pubs, shopping, the Blue Ridge Brewing Company, Mercier Orchard, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad, and more!
The Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad runs most of the year from Blue Ridge to McCaysville, right along the Toccoa River.
The campsites are equally close to downtown McCaysville, Ga. /Copper Hill, TN.

A few features about our property:
- Working farm: Campers are welcome to meet our Icelandic sheep and take a self-guided tour of our farm, along designated pathways.
- Security: The campground and farm are fenced in on three sides with the river being the fourth boundary. Personal code to the entrance gate will be given at check in.
- Bath House: The restored bathhouse is split into boys’ and girls’ sides. Each side has 2 private showers, 4 flushing toilets, sinks, hot water, and gas heat.
- Community Pavilion: The Pavilion is a large 40x30 ft. open sided structure overlooking the Nantahala River. It has an ample fireplace, running water sink, counter space, couches, and table with benches.
- Pack Room: Where the adventure begins! A cozy hub where all guests get local information, view maps, and grab some local seasonal groceries. Also available to all campers are washing sinks with hot water, toaster oven and microwave.
- Communication: Or rather, lack thereof! There's no cell service on the property so it's a great time to get away from it all. There is limited Wi-Fi available near the Pack Room and an emergency landline available.
- Charging: Traveling in an electric vehicle? Recharge for free at our dedicated EV 50amp outlet when you stay at any of our sites. First come, first served.

The kids and our Dog had a blast. Everything is thought through, ample of charging plug points very clean facilities and bath house with hot water. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property. The Pavillion next to the river is a nice gathering spot with shared facilities and store as well with amenities. Stacy was a great host. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at By The Creek Campspot in Bryson City, NC. Dan and Pam were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful while also giving us plenty of privacy to truly relax and enjoy our stay. The setting is beautiful, falling asleep with the camper windows open while listening to the peaceful sounds of Deep Creek was certainly one of the highlights of our trip.
The sites are level, clean, and very well maintained, with full hookups and easy access to Bryson City, the Smokies, restaurants, hiking, and local attractions. Even though there are two RV spots, we were the only campers there, and had complete peace and quiet during our stay and felt like we had our own private creekside retreat.
It is easy to see why this property has so many great reviews. If you’re looking for a relaxing, scenic, and convenient place to stay near Bryson City, this is it. We will definitely be returning!

The campsite was cozy and cute, the property wasn’t super large but definitely had enough space to spread out. There are two camp dogs who were super friendly, be warned they bark a lot at night though (earplugs are a good fix). We were told the plumbed outhouse wasn’t usable right now due to drought, the host actually let us use the tiny house bathroom for our stay and it was very nice! The host was so friendly, hard to reach through the app, but was easy to get ahold of in person on the property. The goats were adorable and we were able to go in and meet them! Large shared fire pit with plenty of seating, there’s also a little camp store with sodas and goat milk products. The campsite was well worth the cost! Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

1 night at The Heart Center
We loved our stay in the a-frame and wish we could have stayed more than one night. It was cozy and tucked away with a beautiful view of lush green forest. We had the entire place to ourselves which was magical and restorative. The mattress was also very comfortable which was a plus! Liz kindly also provided extra gear (blanket, bug spray, lamp) since we had flown in and didn’t have extra gear. She was so hospitable and generous during our brief stay. We kept the window-wall up all night and had a great night’s sleep in the fresh air!

We decided to take a last minute camping trip and were SO grateful to find Heartstone available. It exceeded our expectations and we will absolutely be back. You definitely do lose service on your way to the site, but Brian’s directions are spot on. The site itself is so serene and beautiful. We felt safe and at peace for our one night trip and our pup Koda enjoyed it too!

The place is beautiful and the host is so nice. He has 2 very sweet and well behaved dogs. The only thing is there are a BUNCH of dogs on the adjoining property (you can’t see them) and when they start barking it’s sounds like they’re being murdered and can lay a long time.
I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for sure !!

This is a beautiful and very peaceful camping site! I truly recommend this site for camping and hope to camp here again in the near future. We enjoyed being near the creek with the sound of running water and the opportunity to do some fishing. My children actually enjoyed the sights and beauty of nature. We had such a relaxing stay at this campground. The creek running alongside the campsites was definitely the highlight — peaceful to listen to during the day and at night, and a perfect spot to sit and unwind. The campground had plenty of amenities that made the trip comfortable, including clean bathhouses, well-maintained sites, and convenient extras that made tent camping much easier.

Loved campsite #5! Definitely what I needed to reset... Nothing but creek, trees, and a campfire!! Perfect set up! Although it rained the evening we were there, we had an amazing time, just wish it didn't rain the whole night, so we couldve hiked and explored more... but thats not the host fault... just mother nature! Everything was perfect and had a great time!

I had such a great time solo camping here. I literally had the entire campground to myself. The campground is clean and well-maintained. The sunrise views are definitely worth booking this spot. Highly recommend booking this spot.
What to Know:
The campsite is a large field with views of the mountains. You drive up the gravel road and the campsites are at the top of the hill. You just pick one and thrive.
The bathroom - as stated in description, it’s nothing fancy but it works just fine. Bring toilet paper.
Google Maps Coordinates - I set my Google Maps to the coordinates listed in the Hipcamp app and they were wrong. Took me to a very remote and overgrown gravel road that almost destroyed my car. Put “Eads Bluff Overlook Campground” in your maps app instead.
Be prepared with shade from the sun if you are checking in before the sun starts to go down. It can get warm on top of the mountain. There is no shade at the campsites.
There are definitely bugs so make sure to bring plenty of bug spray.
You will totally enjoy relaxing here!
