On a road trip looking to get out of the city, we found a run-down, absentee landlord property off of MO-142. The land had potential, but was neglected. We contacted the owners, bought the property, and started the cleanup. Mountains of garbage and signs of neglect everywhere. We worked hard, loving the land, listening to the land to make it clean, peaceful and full of welcoming energy. Excellent local pizza place close by, gas station next door open 24 hours. Beautiful green space available for walking pets and relaxing. Train does go by at night, but rarely uses horn. Gas station and highway noise can be heard. Management on site and on call 24/7.
