All rigs must be self-contained as we do not currently offer additional facilities on-site. However, with cleanouts at every site, campers have the convenience of emptying tanks at any time. Discover the epitome of outdoor luxury with: 75′ pull-through RV spot. Gravel roads form a circle drive for easy maneuvering. Fast fiber-optic internet, complete with RJ45 Ethernet ports. Have your own router? Hardwire your rig? Directly connect by ethernet right at the pedestal. Complimentary WIFI. Wireless connectivity also provided. Whether you’re a road warrior seeking thrilling adventures or prefer to tap into our provided WiFi, Shipps Landing guarantees a convenient and connected stay. Full Hook-ups. Each pedestal provides 50/30/20 Amp service. Both RV sites also have individual water connection and a cleanout to drain your grey and black water tanks right at your site. Fire ring and Picnic table. Our fire rings feature an adjustable grating for your camp chef’s convenience. We were looking for a relaxing weekend away from the crowds, this was the perfect place. We were able to bring our ATV and enjoy the trails and view of the river. Host was very helpful with directions and the check-in process.

We had a wonderful, quiet stay here. Unfortunately, there is a severe drought and the creek wasn’t running but it was so quiet and peaceful that we didn’t even mind. The river is a hop skip and a jump from our camping spot so we ran down to take a look and enjoy the view. Speaking of views, it is worth taking the trails! We would definitely come back and encourage others to enjoy this property as well.

Wonderful, quiet, and fun. It really is a lovely piece of property’s. The hosts were nice and sent instructions on the best way to get our rig into the property. We did manage to get to our site almost problem free. We did encounter a low hanging branch that could not be avoided. It left a nice scratch, but other than that. It was a great site. Absolutely gorgeous and we will go again.

We had a great stay at Shipps Landing! The site is pristine and the views are fantastic. We enjoyed the trails and the beautiful property. All the hook ups are brand new and work perfectly, including the wifi which was outstanding. Plenty to do and see in Mountain Home as well. We highly recommend!

I loved being one of the first to camp here. Thanks for the awesome advice on where to watch the eclipse. The hiking trails were nice. They were very well-marked and well-kept. The full hookup site was clean and well-kept. The sound of stream close to our camp was relaxing. The firewood being stocked was a nice touch as well. Great proximity to the ramp for excellent fishing! So nice to get away. Also the guide you provided was so helpful. The only thing I would mention to other RV'ers is that the turnaround at the ramp was very tight. Our bumper pull is 34 feet and took a little jockeying to get turned around. I think if we had a 5th wheel this would not have been an issue.
