Hummingbird Hollow Outdoors
Rustic weekend, close to home.
We were not expecting the 4 sites to be so communal, but we were the only ones there, so it was a non-issue for us. Since it is a sanctuary, there is a poop factor, but again, a non-issue if you watch where you walk. Town is close by, so we were able to get coffee and a hot breakfast after a massive thunderstorm drenched our camp. Loved. Every. Minute.
The baby pigs stole my heart, I could watch them zoom around all day.

The Lady Asha Yurt/Treehouse!
Yurtin’ on a sanctuary
We loved the yurt, the property, and the morning visits from the sweet little piggies 🐖 They kept their distance as most of them were shy and we watched from afar. So precious! The owner was very responsive and helpful! The fire pit was close to the yurt that we didn’t have to walk far and the bathroom/shower were close as well. It was fun to walk around the property and see all the sweet animals on the sanctuary. Definitely recommend this place for all animal lovers! Also, there was a large opening in the trees, so we could see the beautiful night sky.

The Lady Asha Yurt/Treehouse!
Animal fun and cozy stay
The yurt was so cozy. We had all the appliances, household items, bedding that we needed and if we didn’t, I’m sure Susan would’ve helped out in anyway she could The animals were one of our favorite parts. They were either friendly or shy, and We’re easier to watch than interact. I would definitely visit again!

Into the Woods Campsite
A great camping experience
My family and I had the best night staying on Sarah’s farm! The animals were friendly and loved that the pigs would come hang out on our site. Me and the kids played in the field and loved that there was a tree swing and rock painting station. The kids were amazed but the lights hung around the camp site. Having a tent on the site made our lives so much easier with the littles! It was so appreciated. Everything was easy to find and we really enjoyed the simplicity but accessibility of everything.

A human sanctuary as well
I absolutely love, adore, and respect this place and the owner/host, Susan! I've been bringing my loved ones here since I found, (actually, it found me), this sanctuary last year. It's such a dream of a place and I always feel incredible after a weekend there. It's also affordable to camp at, which is always a plus and makes it easier to be able to visit more often. It's a special place and I'm very thankful it exists!

If you are a friend of animals this place is for you! We loved hanging out with the donkeys and horses the most. Beautiful, secluded piece of property with plenty of space between campsites to still feel “alone”. Will definitely return to camp again!
