Private sites

Cold Creek Valley currently has three secluded, primitive camp sites nestled in 36 acres of rolling hills in the Ozarks. There are four marked/maintained hiking trails on the property with others actively being carved out of the woods. They take you through varying types of terrain and multiple rock features. The creek borders a beautiful meadow and flows during the wetter months. A pond sits near the back of the property and is a great place to spot wildlife. We are located less than 30 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs, as well as under an hour from Branson and the Buffalo National River areas. Northwest Arkansas has something for everyone - from endless outdoor activities to art galleries and high-end dining. Our gated property gives you the peace of mind to leave your camping gear behind and go explore what Eureka Springs has to offer! Follow us on Instagram @coldcreekvalley for behind the scenes action!

Site 1 - Mountain View
We stayed here for our anniversary and it was perfect! Super secluded and nice little trails nearby. The outhouse was a huge plus.

Was a great hide away. The kids loved the dry camping experience and trails, the outhouse was a great touch specially with kids. Only down fall was the machinery and trucks working on the otherside of the hill and barking dogs. Other then those two things it was great. Will stay again.

Great spot to camp with kids
Really great campsite with lots of privacy. A great place to unplug- we did not have cell service with AT&T. The wet weather creek was dry when we visited in June, but we knew that was a possibility. It was still fun for the kids to play in the dry creek bed in the rocks. The compost toilet was super nice, and made camping with a newly potty trained 2 year old so much easier. Keep in mind if you go when it’s dry, there is no water. You’ll want to bring in enough for cooking and cleaning, or buy the potable that’s offered. There are many swimming options within a 10-15 minute drive for the hottest parts of the day.

Kids outdoor creekside wonderland!
We had an absolutely wonderful time camping on Mason's land. We stayed at Site 2 which was creekside and gorgeous. The kids loved exploring. The outhouse was so convenient and well kept. And the property was so private and well kept. We saw tons of wildlife and so many different insects and flowers. If you ever get the chance I would highly recommend camping here. The trails were easy enough for the 3 & 4 year old to navigate easily and well marked. We checked out site 3 with the pond, but we were glad we didn't stay there as the frogs were so so loud at night! And site 1 would be lovely for just one tent and a couple people. We were able to get cell reception at site 1 and site 3 just not at site 2 as it was in a valley area. With T-Mobile and Verizon.

Site 2 - Creekside
My sister and I tent camped at site 2 with our dogs and it was the best camp I’ve ever been to and I camp often! We all loved the creek and how private everything was. The trails were well maintained and I highly recommend this camp! We will definitely be back again.
