250 acres of hills, forests, fields, walking trails ,and horseback riding trails. Beautiful views of the surrounding valleys. Lots of roaming livestock and wildlife. The property has at least one small creek running through it. Fire pits are set up at each campsite to add fun safe time for all campers. A one of a kind property for those interested in peaceful sunsets and sun rises. See over 5 miles in most directions.

Site one is on the east side of Gobbler point with a view of the Osage Valley to the east, ,Rudd Valley to the North, and the Dry Fork valley to the south. It is one of the most breathtaking views in Carrol County. Horses, hikers, and pets welcome.

Loved the view! You can see so far from up there! My dogs had a blast running around. I am in a 2WD Promaster Campervan and did have a little trouble getting g up the gravel road, but I made it! Might be better for those with 4WD.

Nice hilltop views with tree cover

The panoramic views were as advertised up on top of the hill and afforded us a great view of the night sky to stargaze and the sunrise over the valleys in the morning. The road in and put was pretty manageable other than a stretch or two that requires some ground clearance and AWD/4x4.
