We rent out the lower level guest quarters for non-campers. We have a Hobbit Hut near the Frog Pond, a Boho Bus near the entry way and several Vardos (gypsy wagons). For our tent campers there are tent sites in the Eastfield, including the Movie set location of the DM Cabin, and for diehard campers the beauty of primitive pack-in/pack-out camping of Freedom Field is a joy! Feel the energy of the sacred land. We also have SO may attractions! There are 2 stocked ponds, miles of trails, pool, Zen garden, farm animals, a library and more. Find all the portals here! Bless Mother Earth and spend some time in nature at this magical place. Great for the spiritually minded with several meditation spots. There are events happening some weekends you can participate in. We have a Call to Prayer 9:30am every day in the Art Studio/Spirit Shack, you may join us! Loni is a spiritual intuitive and can do a reading using the Milo Farm Oracle cards she created! Ask for availability of these things. Milo has a lot to offer! Located at the confluence of the Meramec River and Labarque Creek, my place (Matt's Place) is a ridge above a bottomland bowl of sorts. The old iron truss bridge here is likely built in 1910 and it has a survey marker from 1932. The creek has a nice little swimming hole, and a beach that is sometimes sand, sometimes, gravel, and sometimes a mix of both with some silt or even mud after a storm. It's peaceful down there to explore in the creek, wade while looking outward to an opening into the Meramec River. It's also fun to stand just at the mouth of the creek in the Meramec River. It's an awesome view upstream or downstream of tree lined banks, rock bluffs, and every now and then, passing boats, canoes, paddle boards, or kayaks. The old iron truss bridge hovers above the meeting of two waters. The water is cool and clean. Some fifty species of fish have been recorded in this creek, the most in all of Jefferson County and St Louis County. The bottomland has two levels, the lower bottoms down by the creek and the upper bottoms about a hundred feet from the creek. The upper bottoms has a clearing like a meadow with mowed grass. My favorite things to do here include gazing up at a cottonwood tree that must be sixty feet tall. It's leaves in a breeze are like a thousand hands waving hello. The bottomland meadow offers just enough sky to see bats dance in the dusk air between the trees, then fireflies as it gets darker yet. Up top is where I live. Just five miles off HWY 44 and HWY 109, at Eureka, MO, (30 minutes west of downtown St Louis, 18 minutes from Six Flags) this place sits on a ridge with great views above the Meramec River.

Cute little cabin. It is literally right behind the boardwalk. So pros and cons there. We were there during the week and surprisingly it wasn't loud. They are very clean. Linens were clean. Bed was decent, yet i slept. There is defiantly rules and restrictions, none that worked against us. Recommend asking questions, they are very responsive and have front desk phone support. The pool closed early and opened late, so that was unfortunate, if you were having plans most of the day. They were still working out the kinks on some of the bonus amenities. The bathrooms/showers were clean, yet could use a little upgrade. But for the price it was a great little stay, and would stay again.

No better way to enjoy a morning coffee.

Weekend Trip to D'Ranch at Clearwater

The cabin was so cozy and peaceful. It is in a beautiful spot and I loved taking an early morning kayak paddle. The farm is beautiful. I wish I could have stayed longer. Tracey is an amazing host, friendly and gracious. I made a mistake booking and she was so kind and patient helping me sort it out. She really goes above and beyond making sure everything is clean and her guests have everything they need.

It was a lifesaver having AC and a little pool to cool off in, very chill, kinda funky atmosphere Matt was very good about respecting my space and offering support in any . It was just what I needed for the Lions Gate weekend. Lots of birds and different critters. The chickens are fun to watch. Ellie is a gem, very sweet dog and protective. The place is close to a two lane road that can get a little busy but no one can see the property.

3 nights at Milo Farm Sacred Land

I absolutely loved Milo Farm! We had an amazing time staying in the bunk house. All the goats and donkeys roaming about, we're all so friendly, and I loved getting to pet them!. We walked all over their trails. The staff was also very friendly! Trout was a fun guy to to talk with, and Moonflower was very sweet! Will definitely stay again!

Awesome family getaway! We fished, swam, played at the park, jumped on a jumping pillow, made s’mores and had an absolutely amazing time! Their pizzas (especially bacon cheeseburger) was 🔥. And staff super friendly and helpful, general store has EVERYTHING also. Beautiful and well managed! 💯

I really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was very nice and clean. The real gem is the property tho. It was very private and the lake was fully stocked with different canoes and kayaks to enjoy. Katie was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely come back here!

Had a great time! I stayed in the cabin, it was small but had everything I needed, with a restroom close by. The farm had lots of things to do, darts, pool, ringtoss, ax throwing just to name a few. It also had a little common area, with electric and different things you could use to cook your food, crock pot, hot plate, waffle iron. It was also close to many things outside of town. You could come and go from your campsite. Teresa was a great host! She gave me her phone number to call or text with questions. He answered them all in a a timely manner. I also ordered some banana blast cookies. They were to die for! I ordered them and they brought them to my campsite a little later still warm from the oven.! I will definitely be going back again soon!

1 night at Explore the Ozarks - Dockley Ranch

I was invited 4 years ago and finally made it. I desperately needed time to myself (alone) to reset and to find peace. Dockley Ranch is a sanctuary, a place to just sit still and feel the natural beauty of this planet. I had everything I could need including coffee. Instructions were clear. I was welcomed by employees who gave a tour of my cabin and explained how every thing worked including a friendly visit from the Alpaca. Recommendation. Bring bug spray for the trail. I brought some amazon boxes to use as a fire starter. Bring flip flops for the shower or to have in hand to enjoy the waterfall. Follow their driving directions and drive slow. Enjoy the views. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The cabin had AC, which was fantastic. But even during a July heatwave the property was a nice temperature to walk around, especially the woodland area. The host was great, and very responsive! I will stay here again.

Weekend Trip to Eminence Cottages and Camp

This little cedar "shack" cabin is adorable! Our stay was super comfortable, because the cabin is stocked with everything we could have needed: dishes, towels, bed linens, pillows, the whole 9 yards! They even provided dish soap and a sponge to wash any dishes we used. The cabin itself is super clean and smells like the cedar wood it's build with! There are 2 AC units, one in the main area and one in the bedroom. They were more than enough to keep us cool even when outdoor temps were in the "feels like 106°" range! The location of the cabin is super easy to access from side entrance without having to drive though the whole campground, and parking was convenient: right in front of the cabin. The HUGE porch was perfect for sitting on the rocker and watching the July 4th fireworks, although they were slightly obstructed by the tree line. This is our third stay at ECC, and our first in the Cedar Shack (we've stayed in the glamping tent twice before), and as always, Sandy was a great host - always super friendly and informative. Check in and check out are quick and simple, and the pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely be back to stay again! :)

Beautiful land with beautiful people I went on a solo trip to decompress and definitely achieved my mission! As well I had forgot to pack my fire starters and was struggling with getting my fire started the host actually had a farm hand come out and get my fire started which ended in some great conversation and chill time so grateful I took this trip!!!!
