The site is located on a land peninsula next to a small spring fed pond. Although private, surrounded by trees, it is a very convenient location on hwy 68, 3 miles East of Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky. There is a 50 amp outlet available near the gravel pad. We have a 30’ cord available. Water is available. This is a single private site. No other campers at this location. We have an antique store 125’ away that is open to the public once per month and hosts occasional creative classes. The store cannot be seen from the camp site so you will enjoy complete privacy. Also note there is a paved bike trail across the highway so easy access for bicyclists. The pond is stocked with bass and blue gill for a photo op and release. If you would like a private shopping experience at Stoneybrooke, it can be arranged!Beautiful camp; private spot near Land Between the Lakes, Kentucky. There is 50amp electric service and water available. Views of a small spring fed pond and fire pit, bench swing, 4 Adirondack chairs, picnic table included. On the other side of the pond and trees, 150’ away is our small venue. We host monthly markets and creative classes. We also host private gatherings. Property owner resides in the apartment to the back of Stoneybrooke. No bathroom, showers, grill or dumping station on site.

Our site was beautiful and private! Our host met us on arrival and showed us where everything was. The spot is level on nice solid gravel. We will stay here again when we return.

Julia and John's place is a neat find. The creek and the pond were nice to spend time beside. If you're boondocking the space is perfect. If you're wanting to use the electrical be sure to have a very long cord , at least 50 feet. We couldn't enjoy the space totally because we had to park up near the electric hook up because our cord was only 25 feet. We have already discussed coming back to this location again because of the tranquillity. We will just need to get a longer cord for instances such as this.

Great quick camping site with power and water available. Stoneybrooke store offers nice gift ideas.

We set a tent up for a day to visit the bison & elk prairie. Host was very sweet and also let us use their extension cord. Site is placed close to main highway so if your a light sleeper bring some ear plugs.

The site was fairly level with gravel. The hosts were helpful and provided a hose and 50 amp power hookup. Be sure to bring an adapter if you need 30 amp. The road is fairly noisy but it was fine for us for one night and you can always use ear plugs. We used this spot as we visited the nearby Elk and Bison Prairie.

Very accommodating hosts! Julie and John are new to this but really wanting to please campers. They graciously accepted constructive criticism. We have an 31’ Odyssey and were towing a vehicle so there was no way we could back into their site. But John found a way to make it work for us. They also have a cute little shop with some cool stuff so that was fun. Although they are located close to a 4-lane highway, the noise was minimal and we got a good night’s rest. Thank you, Julie and John!
