Imagine the Possibilities
Hospitality and a view
I brought my two kids with me to Imagine the Possibilities and could not have been more delighted. From the wonderful location on Leslie’s farm, to the welcome basket with fresh homemade sourdough and freshly laid eggs, to a bottle of wine, every detail is taken care of. There’s fresh water for drinking, a Nespresso for morning wake-ups, plenty of bedding, and lots of care taken to make us feel at home. There was a propane gas pit, camping chairs, and goats to feed. We will go again soon!
The location is just outside of Murphy’s near Mercer Caverns, Not far from Big Trees State Park, and wineries galore.

Perfect Ranch Retreat near Murphys
This is the sort of place I would be tempted to give a 1 star review to so no one else books it and we can always have to ourselves!! But seriously, for the value, I would give it 6 stars if I could!! Leslie and Bob put so much effort into making sure our weekend went flawlessly. From the clear directions, to being there the moment we arrived to help orient us, to the wonderful gift basket (including farm fresh eggs, a bottle of wine and a loaf of fresh baked sourdough). The trailer itself was spotless and the perfect size for us. The outdoor space they have created with a sitting area and gas fire pit and solar lights made for the perfect romantic evening when we got back home from Murphys (which is only a short drive away). For being new to the area they also had great suggestions of places to go and things to do. We are already planning our next trip back!!

Imagine the Possibilities
We loved our stay on Leslie’s property. Everything is as described in the listing. The trailer was great and had everything you could need. Our girls (3 and almost 5) really enjoyed running around, meeting the goats, and watching the horse and cows that are in the neighboring property. Leslie and her husband were so nice too. We loved the welcome basket. We’d definitely stay here again!

Exactly what our family needed
We loved staying at Leslie’s Ranch. We were greeted with a bottle of local red wine, freshly baked sourdough bread, farm fresh eggs from her adorable chickens, and treats for our service dog Baron. She was a fantastic host for our 3 kids(ages 5,3,4mo)- she let them pet and feed the goats and chickens. They did not want to leave. Trailer was clean and had everything we needed and was perfect bc our daughter wanted to camp so we were able to pitch a tent next to the trailer. Our border collie Baron had a blast was able to roam on their acres of land and met their sweet dog Ruby. Would recommend this place for families with small children for a nice quiet weekend/weekday trip in nature. Had plenty of space outside, wish we were able to stay longer to enjoy more.. Very close to the cute little town of Murphys and pretty much neighbors to the Mercer Cavens, where we took our 3 kids and enjoyed as well.

Imagine the Possibilities
It was a beautiful getaway with friendly, fantastic, accommodating hosts! Leslie even hand delivered a DVD player for us to use when we happened to reach out! It was super kind and unexpected. We were also welcomed with a basket of farm fresh eggs, home-made sourdough bread, and home-made dog biscuits! Such an amazing spur of the moment and magical trip to "get out of dodge " and such a great destination.

Imagine the Possibilities
Leslie and Bob have found a little piece of paradise just outside Murphys, CA. Secluded, quiet, peaceful. Leslie is great at communicating all the details you will need to know and they are both there 100% to help with any little thing that might come up. What a delightful stay I had - it was too short, but delightful nonetheless. I slept undisturbed for more hours than I normally do, I'm certain because of the comfy bed and pillows, the quiet and the barely there breeze of fresh air through the open window. Murphys is a great little town you need to check out if you've never been there - super friendly people, just all around good fun.
