Rolling Brook Ranch is located less than 2.6 miles from beautiful downtown Murphys and the Historic Murphys Hotel. Nestled in a mountain setting, the campsite sits next to a beautiful seasonal creek that spans the length of the property. The property has gorgeous views and an abundance of wildlife, peace and quiet. Everyone is welcome here @ Rolling Brook Ranch (RBR). Feel free to roam the property at your leisure, exploring the creek, the pastures, chicken coop, or explore the mountain that is across the creek. Mercer Caverns is one mile away from the property, plus many local hiking trails, lakes, streams, fishing. Big Trees National Park is a close drive away. Downtown Murphys offers shopping, wine tasting, and dining to meet any palate. These, plus many other possibilities await you when you book your stay at the Rolling Brook Ranch (RBR). Just "Imagine the Possibilities"! Info / Disclaimers: Cell Service is limited. Sometimes ATT works. We have Starlink WiFi available on site. Power: Trailer is on Shore Power, backup generator available, or rough it with just battery power. Since it's not just a room to stay in, we provide an orientation on how everything operates in the trailer. We ask that you Check In prior to 8PM so we can provide a personalized orientation based on your experience and comfort, but we do not want that to be a barrier to your stay. Depending on your RV experience or if you need to arrive late, just let us know and we can work out the details prior to your arrival. We are onsite a majority of the time BUT are always available 24/7 for ANYTHING that may come up. It's camping so things can always come up :) We also offer a welcome bottle of local red or white wine, just let us know your preference.Location Our ranch is located less than 3 miles from beautiful downtown Murphys in a mountain setting, nestled in a valley next to a natural creek with gorgeous views, an abundance of trees and birds singing. Town offers many opportunities for wine tasting, dining and shopping. Hiking, caverns and more! While the RV trailer will comfortably accommodate sleeping for two adults. There is plenty of space for 4 additional guests if you would like to bring bedding or multiple tents and camp on the property around the trailer.

Amazing Getaway!
Leslie was an incredible host! You can tell how much effort, hard work and love they put into their land and it reflects onto this beautiful RV site. As far as the location, it was just far away from the main attractions that it was quiet and peaceful, but we could easily get to the wineries, shops and park. We would absolutely love to come back next spring or summer so we can experience Murphys and the Rolling Brook Ranch in warm weather. I would absolutely recommend!

Luxury under the stars
What a gracious host Leslie is! Her camper is in impeccable condition, very luxurious, and she even gave us a loaf of her home-baked sourdough bread and two freshly harvested eggs from her chickens.

My dog and I love our stay. The host were very kind and helpful. They were very responsive sland gave us great suggestions about what to do around the area! We will definitely come back during cooler weather!

Great base camp and awesome host!
We had a great time here! It was the perfect landing sport for us to use as a base camp for our nearby adventures. Our travel dates had crazy high heat and Leslie made sure the AC was working in the trailer, and gave us great recommendations for lakes to cool down at. Our favorites were lake alpine and Utica reservoir. We felt so taken care of, from the thoughtful children’s book as a welcome gift (she knew we were on our baby-moon), to the fresh baked sourdough bread and eggs, we immediately felt at ease an on vacation. She responds quickly if you have questions/needs and is all around a lovely host.

Wonderful stay!
We were totally blown away with how amazing the RV was! It was like being in a small apartment. There were so many small details added to the place that made it super clean and comfortable. The chairs outside by the creek were also quite enjoyed. Leslie and Bob were fantastic hosts. We were greeted with warm sourdough bread, fresh eggs doggie treats for our pup. Leslie was even understanding when our dog decided to chase one of the chickens (fortunately the chicken was okay!). We got to see all of her adorable rescue farm animals and met sweet Ruby, her black lab. I took several long walks on the gorgeous country road they live on and even met some friendly neighbors. We went for a great hike on the Arnold Rim Trail (less than half an hour away) and also checked out the cute town of Murphys (just a couple of miles away). I can't think of anything that would have made this trip better except maybe for being able to stay longer!

Relaxing getaway with great hosts
We had such a wonderful weekend at RBR! Bob and Leslie are excellent hosts and are so kind and welcoming. The camper was very clean and cozy, with every amenity you could need - we especially loved the recliner couches!! The property is beautiful complete with the cutest farm animals (baby goats!!!) and a creek out back. We super enjoyed sitting out by the fire and watching the stars with the frogs in the background. Murphys is an adorable historic town with lots to do and plenty of wineries and breweries. We will absolutely be back in the warmer months to enjoy again! Thank you Bob and Leslie for sharing your home with us ☺️
