We just needed a place to stay in our rental RV van after a long day of travel.
The field was fine for that purpose.

The hostess didn't show up even once. We arrived just after 2 p.m., and even though we were out most of the day, we saw cars pass by. If you value privacy, you'll definitely get it here. The site is really spacious, but if you’re planning to set up a large tent, be cautious because the terrain isn’t that flat. We had to resort to setting up our small tent and improvising a bed in our car. There are several uneven areas that make it difficult to get to and also some with tall grass. With that in mind, be prepared for the ticks. On the bright side, the campsite offers a great view of the city, and the road to the campground is beautiful. Overall, it’s a pleasant place, but I would recommend staying overnight rather than spending the entire weekend, as we did.

Great location and zero hassle camping site. Easy to find, plenty of room on the site and flat ground for tent/car camping. Super quiet during the night and a great view in the morning! Simple spot; no water/toilets, but has nature all around, a picnic table and plenty of space on the land. Highly recommend!

What you see is what you get. A nice campsite with enough room for pretty much anything you need. No amenities as listed, but a great spot if you’re prepared for that. Great views and enough privacy, I would recommend for other campers for sure. Host was communicative and I was never bothered by a single other person.

Loved this site! Host was responsive and accommodating. We found ourselves stuck in the soil upon our arrival and the host was saved us from a tow (still feeling sorry about that!).
We spent 3 nights in the area and stayed in the gravel patch near the entrance to avoid getting stuck again. We are a FWD heavy campervan (20ft Ram Promaster) so staying on the gravel was best. It took a little leveling but the views are great here and it’s nice and quiet at night.
Such a convenient location for us to explore the slough, bay, and other local charming activities. The sunsets at this site were awesome as were the stars at night!
Thanks so much again to the host for helping us out the first night and letting us extend our stay. Would love to spent more time in the area and would stay at this Hipcamp again.
