The property sits on 4.5 acres of land, enough room for all your RVs and toys! There is a communal club house but is currently under renovation and not available for use. There is a campfire pit, so bring plenty of wood and campfire stories! The desert riding trails start as close as your front door with access from the front and back of the property. The local gas and market is less than a half mile away. Ask about our trail guide bookings that may be arranged with advance notice to give you riding experiences to many fun desert destinations! If you have a larger group, please contact us for details, pricing and availability! No frills, no thrills, just a safe spot to camp out while you come explore all that the desert has to offer. Property is located off Hwy 72 (so a bit noisy with trucks or trains passing), but no worries about being quiet out here! Plenty of space and low light pollution to see a crystal clear night sky. Property has access to a wash directly behind the property, so you can load up your toys and ride straight out into the desert if you want. The tiny town of historic Bouse, Arizona is located just less than a half mile away. You can visit the local grocer and ONLY fuel stop in town or get that last minute item at the Family Dollar down the street. There are a few local bars and the infamous Ocotillo Lodge with bar and restaurant intact. Always, fun to be had in Bouse, a winter attraction for lots of desert-loving folks. We have a tender spot for visitors riding the beloved AZ Peace Trail, so make sure you come say hi. The property is currently undergoing renovation to a trailer being converted into a multi-purpose camp room, but in the meantime we can offer water and electric for those who can "rough it" a bit at The Bouse House.
